I was extremely impressed with Mr Scott. His mannerism was pleasant and he could sell water to an Eskimo. He was very knowledgeable and not over bearing. He did not pressure me and I was thankful for that. He is among the few. Thanks for his customer service skills.

Steven is very knowledgeable in heating and cooling design. He has great skill in communication. I enjoy very much lin the conversation with him. I certainly would like to proceed with the proposal once I solve the water issue in my basement with my builder (covered in warranty).

I have used Cool Air for many years. They have replaced whole HVAC units, furnaces, and air conditioners in my homes over the year. We also have their maintenance program where they come out to maintain the equipment twice a year. Anytime I need them in between, they are always able to get me in the schedule to address my issue. Highly recommend.

Tommy Shanks had given us an estimate in February to replace our hot water heater with a slim 18" one. We thought it was for 90 days but it was only for 30 days but Cool Air honored it. He was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We are happy with the service and will use Cool Air again and ask for Tommy.

Had a consult for an HVAC replacement with Daniel. He is extremely knowledgeable and helped us really understand our options. He took his time and answered all of our questions. He made us feel like we were working with a trustworthy individual and company. We will be purchasing our new full HVAC system with Cool Air thanks to Daniel’s excellent service.

Bryn was very professional and kept the consult w/o pressure but, of course, introduced the upgrades, to which we agreed to disagree, with all due respect. Would highly recommend to others how easy and complete the entire process was from the start. Still, we’re waiting for install but we feel assured it will be seamless.

Zack Brannen was the service tech that came by our place to check out the issue with our HVAC system. He was professional, super knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He really spent the time talking us through the details of what he was testing for and the mechanics of what "good" looked like. You could tell he's really passionate about the work he does and has a lot of experience in this field. He also really cares for his customers which is sometimes difficult to find in this industry. Thanks Zack for all the amazing knowledge you shared with us today!

We noticed a problem with one of our air conditioning units; I called in the morning and we received service that evening. Nick, our service technician, had to order a part which came quickly… in 48 hours we were all repaired. Nick was meticulous with his work process and kept us informed all along the way.
