Nick Scott did an outstanding job for us. He spent a Saturday afternoon in the middle of July working hard to insure our comfort. He was knowledge, informative and professional. He is a credit to his company.
You asked for it….first, we’ve been a good customer for CA for a long time…Brian, the most recent tech did a fine job…my beef is that we had a serious leak from our attic system. As soon as the issue was discovered…(water in laundry cabinets, cracked paint on cabinets, warped ceiling light fixture, soaked flooring in attic ) I called CA. They had been here less that a month prior for a servicing/inspection AND they had recently done some other major repairs for problems stemming from a poor installation on new units purchased from them. The tech cleared a clog (since last inspection?less than a month??) and charged us $535!!!! I’m appalled! I was told this was just a normal issue and that they aren’t responsible! Then WHY should we have a service contract?? Are WE expected to go into our Attic weekly to be sure there’s no clog?? For as many referrals we have given (and I know of at least 4 who have purchased their systems based on our referrals) not only will I not refer them again, I will make it a point to spread the word of our unfortunate experience this time. I’m disappointed. Our last issue was BIG and we were very reasonable customers and they resolved it for us but THIS recent problem has really let us down. If anything changes after this recent issue, I will post an update….good or bad.
William serviced our unit today and was absolutely incredible. He was professional, kind and extremely thorough on the job he did. He checked every part of our system to make sure it was operating correctly and even brought the old filter to show me before replacing it with a new one. Cool Air is lucky to have a technician like William and would greatly appreciate him coming back out to do the maintenance again on the future. Thanks much Cool Air for the great job you do.
Edgar D. did a good job replacing the TXV valve. He reassured me everything should be fine now. So fingers are crossed! I’ve have trouble with this unit from day one. It’s not even 2 yrs. old. Hopefully this does the trick! Thanks Edgar, Tyler & Gaston
Wonderful and professional service from Cedric Knight. He went out of his way to provide more services and even more so, taught me how to fix some quick issues that I had going on. Not only that but he was hours early and kept in contact the entire time, fixed everything within just a couple of hours and was prepared for everything.
Mike Dawson was professional, friendly and on time. He did a great job, was courteous and a pleasure to work with. As long as all your technicians are like Mike, I’ll continue to use (and recommend to others) Cool Air Mechanical & Plumbing.

Kyle Rock was friendly, professional, efficient and effective. And quick. And explained things in detail (installation, app, etc). Great installation and set up the app.

They were professional, but personable; did excellent work, answered our questions, and cleaned up after themselves extremely well. The entire process from sales estimate (with salesman Kennie) to paperwork to scheduling to install went very smoothly with Cool Air Mechanical! We are enjoying our new HVAC system!
Everyone we dealt with for our duct cleaning was professional and personable. Tech, Han Kim, was on time, knowledgeable, skilled, and willing to answer questions. And he cleaned up very well.
Overall experience was Awesome. Daniel Bezden is very responsible. He took extra efforts to inspect the existing system, analyze, understand the customer needs and gave the quotes. Thank you.David Gonzalez and his brother did a fantastic job in installing the equipment.
