Cool Air stepped up and did the right thing. I apparently got a bad compressor that failed after 1 month. They couldn't find the necessary part anywhere in the Lennox system so they agreed to replace the entire unit the next day. Great resolution!

I had a fantastic experience with Jerry Cobb and Cool Air in general today.

I called around 9am this morning (on a Saturday) to let them know our HVAC had stopped pumping freon and we weren't getting any cold air.

The lady who worked with me to get the service appointment set up was very friendly and pleasant to work with. She was obviously sympathetic to our discomfort.

Within 2 hours, Jerry was at my doorstep. In 45 minutes or less, he had replaced the capacitor that had gone bad and I had working AC again!!!

I baseline assume when I call for HVAC repair, customer service will be poor. Why?
Because most HVAC companies know they don't need to be nice to get our business.

When they get a call, they know a desperate homeowner is on the other end of the line. During the summer, I would sell one of my children to get the AC working again (kidding--- or am I?).

I will brace myself for the surly tech who shows up 3 hours late and charges me triple what Cool Air charged me.

And then maybe he kicks my dog on his way out just for good measure.

Suffices to say I was dazzled by the communicativeness and professionalism of this operation.

I am very grateful for Jerry and Cool Air's help today. Based on my experience this morning, I cannot recommend them enough.

On time, work performed well as promised. Very professional and provided good answers to all my questions in a friendly manner. Nice follow up too by Kennie P. Overall I feel confident the job was done right.

Tim is the ultimate professional, most detailed and technically sound estimate I received. Primary interest is providing the best service at the best value. Will update my review once I proceed with the installation.

Although I have not use the service as of yet, I’m still trying to figure out my best course of action I have to say Tim the technician that was here did a fantastic job and helping me understand how the entire system works, showing me any shortcomings in my current system, and anything I need to consider when doing my new system. Still haven’t worked out the numbers but he’s definitely still in the running. He has been well educated now to figure out what works best for me that means a lot, and I appreciate his honesty and help.

Our technician, Keith, was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about our particular situation. He took the time to thoroughly explain what our options might be, and how to best configure the system to optimize our comfort. We feel very confident about working with him and with Cool Air on our new system.

Was clear setting up my appointment (at Costco) that I wanted a four zone mini split. Spent almost the entire appointment explaining why all the other options weren't acceptable. Spent very little time going over what my options were using a mini split and no time going over any advantages/drawbacks to the particular ones they offer. During the conversation he implied that they may not be able to install a system that they can warranty. I get it. You guys don't like mini splits. Would be better to just say it up front rather than waste my time. I've heard all I need to hear. I'm out.

Edgar Delabra was are technician and he was very professional. He took his time to explain everything and made sure I understood. He also made sure to ask me if I had any questions.
I just switched to using Cool Air for my AC service and I am glad I did.

The technician was on time, quick and courteous. I had purchase my HVAC system & upgraded hot water tank from Cool-Air a few yrs ago. I have never had an issue with my unit or maintenance schedule. I would definitely recommend them for any HVAC services.

Zack did a wonderful job !! His service was super quick & he gave nothing but excellent customer service. Zack gave us a great explanation to what happened with our system & everything he had to do. He is a great worker overall & his personality made it 100% better ! 10/10 would recommend his service again !!
