We had our air-condition service by Simpson Air. The Technician was Francis. Francis was very respectful, knowledgeable and explain what he was going to do in simple words. Most definitely Francis is a big asset for Simpson Air.

Simpson has maintained my HVAC system for 9 years. This year John did my annual maintenance and Sean changed the outdoor motor in the AC system. I continue to be completely satisfied with Simpson's service, prices, and professionalism. I appreciate that John called my attention to the motor and recommended I repair it while the system was still under warranty. Sean came out a few days later and completed the job with his usual skill and friendliness. I can't remember the last time I actually looked forward to seeing a particular service tech year after year! It speaks well for Simpson that they are able to keep quality employees. Thanks again!

Simpson Air has been servicing our AC for almost 10 years and continues to be the most reliable AC company in Sarasota. They don't want to con you into purchasing more than you need like some other companies do. We were quoted $11,000 to change out our entire unit. Simpson Air was able to fix it like new for $300. THANK YOU!!!

David was our Technician and arrived at scheduled time. He diagnosed that the compressor wasn't working. He did more checking and found out there was a wire burnt and loose causing compressor to not stay on. He found what was not working and checked to see what was causing compressor not to work. He could of said it was the compressor but was very honest and professional on checking everything and replaced the broken wire fixing the AC unit. He represents Simpson Air Very well. He is an outstanding Technician and Simpson Air is Lucky to have him working for them and a outstanding Asset to their company. Thanks David for the GREAT service.

This company is the best. From the time we received an estimate from Leonard to completion of the project by the great team Matt and Christine. it was A+ service. I am big on customer service and these guys are the bomb. They were professional, got the job done quickly, and cleaned up after themselves which is very rare these days. We had our ducts and vents done and it increased our air flow in the house. I highly recommend this company and having your ducts and vents done if your house is old. We will use them again for a new AC when ours decides it is done working. Thanks Simpson Air!

We use Simpson air because they installed our HVAC system in our new home. We have them come out yearly for maintenance to make sure everything is working as it should. This year Angel was our technician and he was prompt, courteous, on time and very professional. He did a great job of explaining everything and what we may or may not have needed. I definitely recommend Simpson air for all your HVAC needs.

Simpson Air installed our new three-ton air conditioning system this past Wednesday at our home. The manufacturer is Carrier Corp. Firstly, Mr. Simpson sent his technician Robert to look at our old system and make sure it could not be repaired. And since we had a different A/C system installed by them 8 years ago, Mr. Gary Simpson himself extended us the courtesy of coming with his salesman Mr. Leonard Cooperman. Leonard is indeed an expert in recommending the right system to customers. In no time, he prepared the estimate which I accepted right away.

The installers, Matt D. and Christine B., are so good in what they do. They took out the old system and installed the new system very efficiently, professionally and seamlessly. They came in time and finished the work in 3-1/2 to 4 hours. They cleaned up spotlessly inside and outside the garage once they were done with the job.

I will hesitate very much to give my contract to anyone other than Simpson Air.

Simpson installed my HVAC 10+ years ago. They've maintained it ever since and it's been very reliable. It sent a fault signal that was likely due to a power outage. Jess was very helpful explaining and fixing the fault. I highly recommend Simpson Air for HVAC installation and maintenance.

My neighbor and I had our HVAC units installed by Simpson Air and also have them do the annual maintenance. This year Sean O'Neil was the Service Tech and in spite of handicap of being originally from Boston he provided exceptional service both on the equipment he was inspecting as well as conveying his knowledge and advice to his clients.
