Mr. Simpson is really great! I really appreciate him and his knowledgeable expertise! Mr. Simpson had no idea what was wrong with my system at first but after extensive research on his part, he called me back the next day and told exactly what was wrong. Once we ordered the part from HVAC servicemen Mr. Lee installed the part and charged me a VERY nominal fee!! Extremely satisfied!

Owner of the company showed up on schedule as promised. Lee was able to correct the issues with our A/C unit at our Solar Farm Office building in Reisel, TX. This Solar Farm is ran by Enel Green Power, one of the leading commercial solar providers in the industry and we would trust Simpson Air to come back and perform any repairs for us if needed.

He came out on a Saturday at 8:30pm to fix our freon, got it done quickly, and was very nice!
