Simpson Air

Have used Simpson air for a few years. Marcus has been the constant rep that services our AC. He is friendly, works quickly, advises of all he has found or if it a clean bill of health. He verified if our unit was still under warranty which was a blessing.
I recommend this company for its honesty and great communication and most importantly, their employee Marcus!!

Today I had my annual AC maintenance service. I have to say that out of the five years with Simpson Air, the service maintenance technician, Sean O'Neil, was hands down great!! He informed me about the process he was going to take while proceeding to do the annual maintenance. He let me know what was happening during the process and kept me informed. I was very impressed today as he told me not to panic and that I would probably smell heat because he was testing the heater part of the system. I do not recall any other agent ever telling me about checking the heater during the maintenance on the air conditioner, which makes perfect sense.
In the past five years as a customer of Simpson Air, all the service agents were always professional, respectful, had excellent customer service skills, and answered any questions.
Sean, you are great, and thank you for teaching me about what should happen during my annual air conditioning maintenance!

Jess did maintenance on our residential ac unit and was incredibly thorough, informative and efficient. Her knowledge and ability to explain and answer questions were outstanding. We are very happy that we called Simpson Air and will be their customers from now on.

Great service from Jess Session today. I highly recommend her for your Simpson Air service calls. Jess kept me informed of her arrival time and any potential delays. When she completed her work, she let me know all the details of the work she performed and any potential concerns with the system.

Have had the worst experience with this company and I am a second time customer. First time had no issues but this time was beyond horrible. They installed two brand new units in my newly built home and since moving in 3 months ago have had to have 4 service calls to fix issues that still aren't resolved. We questioned what looked like damaged units installed from the beginning and they kept saying they would fix and still haven't. Have had to refill freon 3 times and still there is a leak - they think. This was on top of not returning phone calls and a missed service call. Finally insisted on a call from the owner since we have had to take time off of work to meet them. He called and gave excuse after excuse, argued with me and was extremely unprofessional and condescending. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

They installed and maintain our systems.....Jess is the best tech! She is thorough, explains in terms I can understand and is personable.

Little snafu with today's appointment...called several times for an earlier appointment that we couldn't accommodate but didn't call when running late. Normally no issues.

John did a excellent job and explained in detail what needed to be done.

Elvin came out, he was very professional and honest. He got to the root of the problem quickly and told me what my options were. He did an awesome job and I plan to use him again. Great job, Elvin!!! Thanks for all your help.

Simpson Air: Stephen May “Residential Replacement Specialist “ was knowledgeable, professional, friendly & patiently answered all of my many questions & expertly addressed all of my concerns regarding the purchase of a new furnace & Carrier air conditioner. His relaxed & friendly manner put me at ease during our appointment. Matt & Christine were the appointed “Installers “ of the new systems. They were prompt, professional, also friendly & neat...cleaning everything up including sweeping the garage...no mess left behind from the installations. For me, the experience with Simpson Air has been a positive one thanks to the efforts of Stephan, Matt & Christine...all very much appreciated. I definitely am enjoying my new “quiet “ & efficient air conditioning system! I highly recommend this company...Simpson Air!
