Simpson Air

My review is a few weeks late but I wanted to advise that this place is a sure shot! Prior to calling them, I had Caldeco come out and they only wanted to sell me a new unit stating that the repair would be about $1,500. When Simpson Air came out, my technician Dave Perez told me the “real” deal with the AC, did the repair, and the cost was literally eleven times less than what the other place quoted me. I’m big on honesty and that was important to me. Simpson Air has a customer for life with me!!

Jess came out to do maintenance work on our HVAC. She was the best! Very professional and through. Took the time to explain our system and went over any questions we had. She was very knowledgeable and made great suggestions. I know in this market it’s hard to come across anyone this knowledgeable and willing to take the time to go over everything with you without rushing to just get the job done. She was professional and very personable.

You buy a warranty but you never know until you need them what the truth is. Well they showed up at the time promised and within an hour had our system back in tip top shape. Nice technician (in truck #48) who was professional and very personable and efficient. I can highly recommend them for a/c work. They honored their word and did great work, even late at night!

Jess completed our annual service today. She was timely, thorough, and efficient. Simpson Air provided A/C maintenance and repair on our original unit, then on our new installation, for the past 20 years. They have always provided a timely and professional service. I have and will continue to recommend them to others.

Our Technician Jess was amazing. She had excellent customer service and is very knowledgeable. She showed up on time and did a great job. This is the 2nd year she was our technician for our annual maintenance and I highly recommend her and the company.

Wish I could give 10-stars; Leonard was professional, very responsive, very easy to work with and listened intently to our circumstances/situation. Company was more than willing to work with us on all matters and were more than flexible. There were also extremely responsive. Up until this point, other company reps seemed to be very "sketchy" and we had been told several different "stories" as to what our issue was with our A/C unit. Due to the great conversation with Leonard, we opted to get our entire A/C unit replaced with a new one. Work was done in a day. Could not ask for a better company and Simpson Air is a great business to have within the community. We are very pleased and happy!

We have had the services of Sean from Simpson Air for 7 years. He is an exceptional employee of this company. He is always conscious of the people he is doing the job for. He gets the job done in a timely manner.
He shows and explains how and what he's done. We enjoy his positive attitude. If there is an award for services from this company he surely deserves it.
