I recently had a new HVAC system installed. The previous system was 15 years old and a bit undersized for the house. Putting in a new, larger unit was no small job.

Northside didn't give me the lowest quote of the companies I took bids from. However, they definitely give me my moneys worth. Their install was professionally done by a friendly and hard-working crew. In the end, they were at the house on 3 separate days: a few hours on the first day to tear-out old equipment, one full day for installation (7am to 9pm). They came back a third day to reinstall our attic access ladder and to check on the system and make sure we were satisfied.

I am certain that the lower bids I received would not have provided the level of craftsmanship, service, and care that Northside did.

My wife can be a bit wary of strangers and isn't always comfortable having them in our home for so long. After Northside left, she simply said "Those were good people." I agree.

Northside is a great company and they have our highest recommendation.

Absolutely the BEST air conditioning service we have EVER had in our 24 years of living in the Tampa Bay area! Thank you Brian Sr. for a great initial contact to see if we would be utilizing the services of Northside for a new A/C install because our older unit had lived out and beyond its warranty. Brian knows his air conditioning facts and comes across in an honest and direct manner. We felt confident we were getting not only a fair price for a company that will be around forever in order to provide us peace of mind for future A/C needs.

We have experienced other company installations, and this was by far the BEST. The crew of Brian Jr., Jake, and Ethan were so polite, so kind, and these guys know their stuff. We felt we were in capable hands the entire day. We liked them so much we bought them pizza for lunch and shared a little conversation as the day rolled along.

Our new unit is quiet, efficient, cools better than the TRANE we had before (we went with Daikin), and we even had them place surge protectors on both of our units (an existing one and the new one). The young man in the office is named Walker I believe, and he is super-efficient and nice in handling all of the scheduling (from install to inspection).

The business is based on Christian principles and values. The technicians and office staff are very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and eager to assist. Wait time for appointments is about a day or two given parts are available. Prices are fair and reasonable. I've been a happy customer for almost 30 years. You'll be happy too. We had an AC installation completed today. Brian and Jake were outstanding. Very professional and clean and explained every step of the process. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and highly recommend this company.

I recently had a new a/c system installed by Northside Services. Along with Northside, I received several other estimates and thoroughly investigated the project. I ended up choosing Northside because I was impressed with the Daikin product, but also with Brian, one of the owners, who priced my project. The process was fully explained and I know from my other bids that I received a tremendous value. The installation team, including Brian's son (Jr.) did a magnificent job, extremely professional and way beyond the normal call of duty. Being a long-time business person and having hired for hundreds of similar projects at work and home, I can tell you how rare it is to find someone who genuinely cares like everyone I dealt with from this company. Not only do they have all of my future business, they have my complete respect and appreciation.
