Had London come by and install a whole new AC system professional and just an all around great guy. The unit was also very affordable I shopped around other companies in the area tried to charge me double for the same unit. Would definitely recommend
3HAC is a very good company! I have had a lot of ac techs assist me with ac issues, but they are very good. AC was down for 2 weeks. Decided to get a new system, London and coworker installed brand new system. Shout out to all the ladies in the office staff as well. Very professional! House is cooling perfectly now! πππΎππΎ
London was great. He got the new system up and running and he, Charles (?), and Jeremy (?) Left everything buttoned up and cleaned up. They worked very well together. Most pleasant experience. Noah installed a whole house filter system and checked everything out. He found our breakers were over sized from our old system. The service tech Ulee came out a couple days later and replaced them with new breakers. Waiting on final inspection, but so far we are very pleased with our choice of 3H AC!!!

Complete trust, Noah and 3H do not try to gouge you with quick in and out repairs. He took to time to evaluate and offer several options to suite my needs. Bobby our service tech was knowledgeable and efficient and got both units back up and running quickly. We have been through numerous HVAC companies and it's hard to find honest and knowledgeable, 3H has been both in each one of our calls.
We purchased a new HVAC unit from 3H about a year ago. Our unit is located in the attic and recently the fail safe devices were blocked causing our attic to flood. The flood happened suddenly at 7pm on a Sunday and the company was responsive and had a technician on the phone with me within 30 minutes. The next day, Bobby came out and fixed the unit. He was very professional, polite, and thorough with his explanations of the problem and how he fixed it. Even after fixing the issue, he ran additional tests to make sure there was no other possible issue that could cause this to happen again. Everything was covered under our warranty and they are even sending someone out to fix the water damage in our attic/drywall. Thank you for being our advocate and saving the day, Bobby!
Avoid! I've used 3H AC for years to maintain ACs at properties I manage but have seen a drastic reduction of customer service in the last year. In October, they sent a tech to the wrong property and serviced an AC. When I called them to ask where they were, as I was waiting for them, they said they were done with the service and initially refused to go to the right property, saying they had no time in the schedule and would have to return the following week. It took a lot of arguing for them to visit the right property. Mistakes happen but the schedulers were rude, did not care I had been waiting hours, charged me full price for both properties, plus a 3% card fee (they force you to pay while on site so no way around it) and offered no apology. Last week, I scheduled a weekend visit for a broken AC repair. I approved the weekend rate of $135 for the visit and $135 for every half hour after and was given a 5 HOUR window for Saturday. The tenants called saying no one showed up. I called and got no answer from the company. No one called me. They just do not seem to care anymore, which is a shame as the techs are normally very nice but their front office needs to go. Look elsewhere.
The technicians diagnosed my A/C problem in a timely fashion & made the necessary repairs within the hour. The bill was pretty high, but not their fault. Supplies necessary to fix the problem were costly. I have used this company for years because I feel that they are honest & professional.
