These folks installed the system in my old house, and I used them again for my new one. Thanks for another awesome experience installing the new HVAC system in my new house. We have been using this company since 2011. Every technician that has been sent to our house has been punctual, reliable, and professional. When we had to replace our system in 2017, they weren't the cheapest, BUT they weren't the most expensive and they stand by their work. Noel was very knowledgeable and professional. He was a pleasure to work with.

I was looking to replace my old A/C unit, so called several companies and got estimates. 3H AC gave best price for Train unit so called them and started to work with the office initially.. What a team! Very professional, polite and super responsive. Brian, Bonny and Danny - loved working with them. At the day of the installation Tech team came Jeremy, Sonnie and Alexander. Wonderful and fast job, thanks to the guys. Today county inspector confirmed that job was done great according to the codes. Looking forward to work with this company.

Uliethky arrived on time and explained everything he was doing. He told us a few things we could do throughout the year to help our a/c live a long life. Very professional job.

Brian and his guys are great! They have done 3 new units for me over the years, and they do all my service too! They are honest and fast. *Now, as of 1-5-2021 this is my 5th time using them and they went over the top again saving me money and getting things done very quickly. update: used 3H AC again this past weekend 7-10-21 fast response and quick repair as always. I own a couple personal and rental properties and they are always there when we need them.

We have been using 3H AC, Tampa for five years now. They have always been very responsive to our calls, and the service techs always do a great job and are neat and courteous. We recently called for a system check and we were advised that it needed to be replaced. Two techs returned the next day and installed a new Rudd system. The techs were respectful of my husband’s medical issues (he is on full time oxygen use) and careful about welding. They were polite and professional. We had a minor billing discrepancy which was resolved and corrected quickly. We would highly recommend 3H AC for regular seasonal maintenance as well as repairs and replacements. They do excellent work.

I had an issue arise overnight with my condensate float switch tripping. I called Sunday afternoon and received a call back within an hour from Brian. He was very knowledgable, professional and helped me troubleshoot the issue. We figured out it was a faulty switch valve, by having me taking pictures and texting them to him to evaluate. He was able to walk me through to a solution. A little bit of sweat and elbow grease on my end, but I didn't mind. I was very impressed with his willingness to help over the phone on a Sunday, especially when he could have easily sent a technician a during the weekday and justifiably charge a service fee. Regardless, I'm happy with the service and would use again if ever needed in the future. Thank you!

Came home a/c wasn’t working, thought I would have to wait until the next day.
I called, got a call back immediately! Tech came out within the hour fixed a/c!! I would recommend highly.

They quote me for something and I'm still having the same issue, pay alot money and my air conditioner still haven't been fixed
