My AC Solution LLC

My AC solutions (Oscar, Rodrigo, Luis) provided excellent services at our home on 5/13/21 - 5/14/21. They initially came out to maintenance our unit but we discovered that our air handler was 22 years old and was completely corroding and flooding water into our garage ceiling. They came out first thing the next day and completely replaced our air handler, AC unit, thermostat and installed a new concrete slab for our unit. Oscar, Rodrigo, and Luis were so professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They shared many tips and tricks for us to keep our unit running optimally and how to increase it's useful life. The prices were great along with the warranties! Their prices beat all the other AC companies. I couldn't believe how labor intensive and dirty it was to take out our corroding 22 year old unit from above. I thought for sure they would have to increase the price for the amount of effort they exerted but they stuck with the quoted price which was way lower than other companies. I would recommend them time and time again. So thankful for their services!!!!

Hilda and Rodrigo were very professional and competent. They were on time for the job and promptly replied to any questions I had. They worked efficiently and cleaned up the job site well. They took the time to explain how the system worked and then registered the product for me so I didn't have to do it myself. I have full faith in them. Glad I hired them.

Vince and his crew provided excellent honest prompt service at a good price. Vince totally went through four AC units supplying one building. He provided me with more than one option to get me cold air fast where it was needed first and work with me in two stages. I'm! the other building he made repairs to three units and advised me of ductwork issues that needed to be taken care of before he worked on the AC units that caused the problem. I am very pleased with him and his crew and highly recommend them.

I was very satisfied with the service provided by Rodrico. He was very informative and explained what was going on with our system and installed a part to take care of our problem.

We signed up for another maintenance check up in November.

In the beginning, I requested a service call from the company I had been using for years and they couldnt get to me until after hours that day at the earliest. I have my home AC set at 68 degrees all year round so to me, it was an emergency. I requested quotes for a service call through Homeadvisor to see if anyone could get there sooner. Before I could set my phone down, Hilda was calling. I explained the problem and she said she would be there in an hour. She was there exactly when she had promised. She diagnosed the problem and we discussed repair vs replacement. My ex-husband does HVAC out of state so Im pretty familiar with how they work. We agreed my 15 year old system had done its job and it was time for replacement. She left and Randy and Louis (not Luis!😊) came shortly after and started the installation. They worked very hard, got it done quickly, put everything back cleaner than when they started, vacuumed as they worked. Before they left, Hilda came back , as promised, to make sure I was happy. All three of them were great. As a single mother, I appreciated their professionalism and felt completely at ease with them in my home. At the end of the day, I found out she drove from Tampa and the guys came from Orlando. I paid a fair price and just cant say enough about the service I received. I confirmed everything I was told by Hilda concerning her diagnosis and she was spot on and not pushing for me to replace, but honest about the pros and cons of repair vs new unit. They earned my repeat business and recommendations in the future. A+

The tech Hilda knows her stuff. Very honest and prompt to service call. Was very communities will all that needed to be done and then did it all in 1 day.
I will definitely tell others and will be using them again for all my hvac needs.
