Been a customer since they installed our unit in 2018! Always friendly, reliable, professional, and well priced! Our AC went out on a hot summer evening and the technician, Noah, squeezed us in about 3 hours later! Fortunately, it was a quick fix. Highly recommend 3H AC.

After coming home from work I realized my AC was off and not turning back on; my home was up over 80 degrees. After calling many companies, they all were unable to schedule me for same day service due to their busy schedules. However, the receptionist from 3H not only took my call and booked me for the following day but she transferred my issue directly to the owner of the company who called me directly within 10 minutes to trouble shoot over the phone. Within a few minutes the owner talked me through the issue and it was resolved. Quality service, they earned my business in the future based on this alone!

They were very responsive to our needs. All work was performed timely and efficiently. Kevin, our service tech, and Jennifer, in the office, were especially professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be using the company again for future ac needs.

My experience with 3HAC was a little strange... Not given enough time to meet my tech having to wait multiple days.. given due to the hurricane... But once we had everything worked out together, for a evening service ......my technician Mr Menendez.. wow this guy knows his stuff. After sharing my concern and problem with him he immediately found what maybe the biggest problem was with this unit,corrected it was offered multiple suggestions and being helpful as could be. My problems seem to be straightened out immediately, that I could tell the difference... still giving time ,time to see if that is the best fix. I will recommend and use 3H AC from now on thanks guys keep up the good work Mr Menendez thanks to you too sir.

Ulieithky Menendez is a phenomenal 👏 stand-up guy! What a true asset that he is to your company. I truly believe that God sent him my way, because a couple other companies were out to get me and rip me off by the thousands informing me that I needed new duct work and that my whole system was done wrong, etc.- because I am a single woman whom I guess they thought they could take advantage of. Uly is honest and a great fellow and I highly recommend your company for anyone's a/c needs.

This company was amazing from start to finish. Every interaction with each employee was both pleasant and professional. I want to first give a shout out to the head of the company, Brian. He was extremely informative and responsive. I felt truly valued as a customer. Bonny and Erika in the office demonstrated great customer service and communicated effectively. Noah, who first came to my house to give me a quote, was very professional and listened to my concerns, as well as answering every question I had. Sonnie, Nate and Elias did a fantastic job with my new A/C install and were all around nice guys. The job was completed in a timely manner and they didn't rush anything. They made sure to take their time checking everything. I highly recommend this company for their customer service, fair prices and quality of work.

Had to replace my AC unit and condenser and 3H AC did a great job. Not only were they really quick in coming to inspect the old unit and giving me a quote for a new one with multiple options, but they were able to install the new AC unit in less than a week. They were very professional and courteous. Our technician Sonnie was excellent and made sure everything was left in perfect working order. He also made sure everything was clean afterwards. I will continue using 3H AC for any future AC needs. I highly recommend them.
