Simpson Air

Five years ago I had a system installed and I have been having issues every since. Today they came in and did a phenomenal job and addressing all of my issues and concerns and left me with a better system than I had when I was first delivered. I am happy with the response of the team and the service manager; Simpson Air stepped it up and took care of this customer

We trusted Simpson Air to install a new Carrier AC unit for us and they exceeded our expectations. Steve was very friendly and knowledgeable about the product. They scheduled the installation very promptly and the pricing was fair based on all the services and labor we requested. The technicians, Daniel and Mike, who came were exceptional! They put a new concrete slab and bolted down the AC unit, changed breakers, and changed all the hoses and installation in the interior AC component. Everything was labeled and paperwork attached to AC interior unit. Everything was clean, organized, and sealed to code. They cleaned up after themselves very well. I truely appreciate the wonderful work they did and the time they took to make it all perfect. I feel their pricing was very fair. Some may say that maybe I could have gotten a better price somewhere else, but I am certain that the quality of work these men did is worth so much more. I definitely recommend them for AC troubles. We had a great experience and are very happy with the result!

i want to take a moment to thank Jess and ben with Simpson Air! The saved the day! We had an issue with a part under builder warranty. They came out to fix it so very fast! Now our family can live comfortably. Thank you Simpson Air!!!

We have been impressed with Simpson Air from the very beginning when we built our home in Florida and they were the installers and service providers for our HVAC system. We have been customers for 15 yrs and hope to continue for the foreseeable future .
In addition, one of the most important features of our experience has been the Service Techs. Sean O’Neil in particular has serviced our home for at least 10 + yrs. Sean is very knowledgeable, courteous and professional in his work ethic and makes a point of explaining the work that is done in an easy to understand manner. He has also made sure to earn our trust by giving us practical advice, ideas on options and alternatives , and making the client experience meaningful. We hope to have him dedicated to our service needs as long as he is able to . Highly recommend Sean .

Ac unit installed by Simpson,called for service and was told only available for regular customers and was told to call another ac company.Most homeowners will switch to another ac company. I felt was kind of brushed away. Got a call from service manager and he apologize for the coordinator mishap.

I called Simpson Air to schedule a maintenance appoint and they were here within 24hrs. Jess was the tech and I must say that she was very professional, patient, friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this company for any AC servicing needs.

January 21, 2022. I am very pleased with the service from Simpson air. The technician, Sean, was very professional and worked diligently to check my HVAC system from the outside unit to the unit inside. I signed up for an annual plan for peace of mind.

2020 - The technician Jess is awesome! She cleared my drainage problem quickly and got the AC system up and running quickly,

I called Simpson because my AC was not working, Sean was able to come out there same day and fixed it quickly and professionally. He also let me know that my unit was not registered, and that meant I only had a 5 year part warranty and not a 10 year.
What really impressed us is that we were not under a contract with Simpson.
We had a maintenance contract with a different company, but they were booking calls for warranty and service contract customers 2 days out.

I have never had such a competent, efficient, and professional group of servicemen in my home to service my AC. Living in Florida, I have had a lot of experience with AC repairs. Larry was honest and straightforward when giving us our estimate (we called 3 different companies for estimates). They even sent a Thank You card for using their services. We were panicked when our AC stopped working 2 days before guests were supposed to arrive. After calling Simpson Air, Jess arrived at our house within hours to assess the situation and went above and beyond to make sure our AC issue was fixed before our guests arrived. She was amazing to work with, and we are so appreciative to work with a company that values our needs so highly. We can not recommend Simpson Air and Jess highly enough!
