Simpson Air

Simpson Air has been my go to for A/C maintenance and repair for 18 years. They were the HVAC vendor for the builder so I decided to use them as they were very responsive on the warranty work. Today's issues were challenging but Jess did a great job!

We were very pleased with the new install of the AC unit. We had a previously scheduled vacation when our AC unit went out so Simpson Air came out and installed the unit without us even being here. They did a great job of cleaning up and the system was up and working when we got back.

Jess is amazing. She is always in time, works very hard, makes sure everything is cleaner than when she got here and has a fabulous personality!

I'm leaving this review for my parents since they aren't very tech savvy. They were having a issue over the weekend and luck enough Jess was able to make it out and get the problem taken care of asap. My parents were so amazed by how courteous and personable she was while she was at their home. I think Simpson Air has just made a customer for life!!

Hopefully I will never need any emergency service for my home but if I do I hope that I you'll be the one to help me just like you helped my parents!!!

Jess was my assigned Technician and she did a great job. She's very professional & knowledgeable. She knows her stuff. I will always request to have her anytime I call for any service with Simpson Air.

I purchased a 13 year old home in Florida last fall and The home still had the original HVAC system (living on borrowed time).I talked to 5 different HVAC companies to explore pricing, timing, availability of the components, financing options, and time to install.
Steve from Simpson was very patient as I worked through all the options. I decided to use Simpson based on price, quality of components (Carrier), financing, and Steve’s ability to be persuasive, but not pushy.
The installers were 10 star. They installed a completely new system in about 3.5 hours. Everything looks and works perfectly. Steve came out to get the install certified with the county, all in real time (kudos to Pasco County) and I have a scheduled follow up in 10 days to verify that everything is performing to manufacturer’s specification.
I couldn’t be more satisfied.

Angel from Simpson Air came out today to perform our annual A/C checkup and maintenance. He was friendly, knowledgeable, honest and an overall pleasure to have around. He answered all of my questions as I always have plenty while overlooking service being done to anything around my home. I like to understand what exactly is being done and try not to get in the way. Angel did not mind and has a great sense of humor.

I have used Simpson Air since our home was built in 2016 and they have always been responsive, prompt, professional and courteous. I would highly recommend Simpson Air.

I purchased a new home in which Simpson Air was responsible for the heating and air system. Every time I have called with a question or concern my issues have been addressed in timely manner with great information. Bonnie is always polite and helpful on the phone. Jaquan was great when he came to help with a clogged drainage pipe. And Jess was fantastic when she performed the annual maintenance on my system! Her insight, feedback, and overall conversation was great! I look forward to having Simpson Air and their wonderful staff help me for many years to come!

Had Matt Douglas install my new 3 ton carrier AC compressor and Handler. I couldn’t be happier. Great job. A total profesional. Will highly recommend. Also very happy with Leonard Cooperman who made buying the system easy and delivered as promised.

Mike was a real pro. He was print, did a great job with my annual maintenance. He kept me informed and was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. He left me with great confidence on reliability of our system. Always a pleasure to do business with Simpson Air.
