We just moved into a new home in the Wesley Chapel area and hired Simpson Air to maintenance our HVAC system. Our technician Jess was awesome. She was on time, super friendly, and knowledgeable and informative about everything she was doing. Will definitely continue using this company moving forward. Highly recommend.

Yamin Cruz was friendly explaining all he was checking also informed us how upgrade would be beneficial to us.

After hours I made a call to David Perez from Simpson air... He was kind and very courteous and help me with my problem. I will call them again in the unlikely event I need repair replacement or late night service they are excellent....and David is a great person!!!!

Buyer beware with this company. A brand new unit installed in $1M+ home with several issues. Missed appointments, lackluster service calls and a Freon leak that still has not been fixed after multiple visits. My wife spoke with the owner, Gary Simpson. Mr. Simpson was highly unprofessional. When speaking with my wife, he stated that “if they are on a service call at our house at 6pm, don’t tell me you have to leave at 7pm to go do something with your kids”. Terrible behavior from an owner. This company has the contract for new builds with David Weekley homes and the builder has left us out to dry with dealing with Mr. Simpson who is obviously not interested in customer service or building relationships with his clients. Look elsewhere for your AC needs. Lots of great companies that want your business and will treat you like should be treated.

As an ex Navy technician, I know that troubleshooting takes thorough training and a willingness to seek and search out problems. Dealing with A/C technicians for many years as a homeowner has been almost a joke…they always inflate themselves up as being the best but still leave you not sure of what they did. However every once in a while you hit ‘gold’…that is how i would describe David with Simpson Air, he was very thorough and knowledgeable, I appreciate his honesty and personal integrity towards his job.
