Angel was awesome! He came in for my HVAC annual maintenance and when he got in he told me exactly what he was going to work on as part of my annual maintenance plan. He’s a great asset and very professional and courteous service.

I got 4 quotes in total. One from Home Depot, Lowe’s, and a friend in the business. They all tried to sell me something I didn’t want, because they didn’t offer Carrier. All of their prices were More than Simpson Air expect for the Lennox A/C from Lowe’s. I did my research and the Lennox product was very inferior to everybody else. You get what you pay for JS. Leonard from Simpson Air was very knowledgeable of the products and didn’t beat around the bush with price. He gave me the deal I wanted right away no questions asked. His team was on time and respectful. They removed the old system and cleaned up after themselves properly. I’m very satisfied with how Simpson Air handle the job.

Simpson air has serviced my AC several times and they never try to upsell me things I don't need. Steve May from sales came out and realized I didn't need anything but help clearing a drain line and repositioning my AC float switch. He walked me around my AC and suggested a quick DIY fix that will save me money, gave me tips on how to keep my drain line clear and stayed a few minutes to make sure the unit started working properly. All for no additional cost than the service repair call! I will not use any other service than Simpson Air. Quality, professional, reputable folks.

From scheduling to service, the entire staff at Simpson’s Heating and Air was phenomenal. Ms Donna was a God send and very personable and patient while scheduling an appointment with my demanding schedule. The service tech Jess was awesome. She was knowledgeable about what I needed done, performed the service in a timely manner and offered superb customer service!! She kept me informed of what she was doing and gave me tips to maximize my unit and save a few pennies. With many services these days, you get a window time frame of what time you can hope your technician will arrive. I was extremely pleased, the company kept in touch regarding the time, so I wasn’t waiting around all day. I highly recommend Simpsons Heating and Air and Jess to take care of your A/C needs. Mike Terski does a wonderful job servicing our HVAC system for many years. It’s always a pleasure to see him, chat with him. He’s very prompt, personable, knowledgeable on the Carrier HVAC system, and honest about what the best options when service is required. I highly recommend Simpson Air for your AC needs! We had a new unit installed and throughout the entire process we were beyond impressed. Leonard came out quickly to give us a quote. He was friendly, professional, and most importantly very knowledgeable. He immediately knew the solution to a problem we’ve had with the drain line for over 10 years. Several different companies have serviced our old unit and no one recognized the problem. The two installers were also friendly and very professional. I was prepared for the house to be hot during install in the middle of the summer, but it remained cool. Everything was done efficiently and they even corrected our drain line issue. Leonard took the time to setup the new thermostat to my WiFi too. Now I understand why this company came highly recommended from a friend. Go with them, you won’t be disappointed.
