ARS/Rescue Rooter Heating & Air Conditioning Service

Service person was less than professional, demeanor bordered on rude. When I asked where I could purchase filters for the unit. He did not know, did not offer any suggestions as to whom I could obtain this info.

Had a flyer got at home depot for tune up at $29. 2 men came took the unit apart. Told me I needed a compresser booster, could not read the rest $585 $1682 $513 plus 300 year warranty. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! ALSO THEY NEVER CLEANED THE UNIT. I WILL NOT USE YOU AGAIN. STOP RIPPING OFF PEOPLE!!

I had 2 new HVAC systems installed. They were great. They worked with me on the price and did the financing for me. The installers were top notch and the whole process was better than I expected. Thank you ARS!

Ergi came to inspect my A/C because I was having trouble with it not keeping the temperature where I set it. He did a very thorough job if inspecting and was able to explain the issues in a way that I understood. When he came back to do the work he was very quick and professional. Had damage due to power surge. ARS Technician Erige explained the problem to me in a very courteous and professional manner. He went above and beyond in fixing the problem and ensuring that it wouldn't occur again by installing a surge protector. I also had problems with allergens and purchased a system to clean the air. The installer was alone. Her partner called in sick. She worked hard enough for two people and for almost 12 hours rarely taking a break just to get us up and running. Her commitment and hard work on our behalf are greatly appreciated.

Coordinating with me for connecting with the service technician was chaotic. Communication with the technician was difficult. Tried to sell me a trivial cleaning of drain for $100.
