Service person was less than professional, demeanor bordered on rude. When I asked where I could purchase filters for the unit. He did not know, did not offer any suggestions as to whom I could obtain this info.

Had a flyer got at home depot for tune up at $29. 2 men came took the unit apart. Told me I needed a compresser booster, could not read the rest $585 $1682 $513 plus 300 year warranty. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! ALSO THEY NEVER CLEANED THE UNIT. I WILL NOT USE YOU AGAIN. STOP RIPPING OFF PEOPLE!!

Ergi came to inspect my A/C because I was having trouble with it not keeping the temperature where I set it. He did a very thorough job if inspecting and was able to explain the issues in a way that I understood. When he came back to do the work he was very quick and professional. He went above and beyond in fixing the problem and ensuring that it wouldn't occur again by installing a surge protector. I also had problems with allergens and purchased a system to clean the air.
