Cannot recommend ARS enough! Prompt & professional service. Travis was very helpful, patient and honest when explaining our quote. We called them for a quote and they were out the next day, able to install the following morning. I would recommend you call ARS before you call anyone else!

Update: Of course no one from Quality Assurance ever called Back! And Inspection, that I seen on our bill that We paid for $150, was unnecessary because it was Not a New install, it was just replacing our old unit...I also want to say the Skirting on the back of our Mobile was left Horrible looking!! Plastic Strip stapled on it to hold it up?? It sure wasn't like that before hand, but I guess working in the dark didn't help?.....The only reason I even gave a 2 was because the Installers were very good, even though they worked in the dark! I went through Lowe's to start, and all I can say is No one knows what the other is doing. Way over priced also. Our Salesman was here 2 hours, and pressured us into this sale, knowing I wanted to get other estimates, and after that it has been like the keystone cops dealing with it. Feel like this was a bait and switch! I called today and of course told the whole story, and now Quality Assurance will be calling..Yea..Believe when I get the call. I don't even have copies of all the Documents I signed.

We were very impressed by Tristan Latimer, he was very courteous and professional and informative, he was also one of the most honest technicians we’ve had since we’ve been using this company! Highly recommended!

John and Michael arrived at my house on time and ready to work. They are polite, professional and cleaned up the work area as they worked. They dismantled an old HVAC system in attic and relocated the new system in the garage. Replaced the outdoor condenser and thermostat. They also explained the system and tips to prolong the life of the unit. I highly recommend ARS Rescue Rooter for your HVAC and Heating.

Sokol Dhima was our technician today. He was very attentive and explained everything step-by-step so that I understood the issue and the resolution. The payment explanation and discount was easy as well. He is very easy to talk to and I made sure he had plenty water and ice cold towels to keep him cool. We have to take care of our hard working technicians.

I would recommend ARS as we have been with them a couple years and all of the technicians are very well versed in the HVAC business. Sokol needs to be commended for all his efforts and true engaging demeanor. 100% recommendation!

The technician was very cordial and knowledgeable. He explained step by step of he’s every inspection also offered maintenance plans. I was very happy with he’s performance.

I purchased an A/C unit in February of 2021 and it not working. Had technician out was quoted close to $1500 for a repair of an issue that was most likely caused by poor installation. The company is refusing to take responsibility, even after they told me in 10 years they have seen this maybe 4 other times. I used this company of the recommendation of Home Depot, which was a huge mistake. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with quality and accountability. Do not recommend

On July 3rd our AC went out, we called at 5pm after trying to get it working ourselves. ARS was able to get someone out that night to get us back up and running. Tristan stayed until 1:30am to make it happen. Thank you!

I was very happy with the service and how pleasant all of the employees of the company were. They all took their and explained what they did and how to operate the system including the Nest thermometer and after each explanation they asked if I had any questions. Thanks ARS for a great service.

Special deal, price, was not really a deal, due to their miscommunication about a follow up visit resulted in my delay in returning to Michigan for over a week and I felt my time wasted was not taken seriously. Not very happy with business.
