    DISAPPOINTMENT, DURESS, AND DISCOMFORT. ABC TAKES ADVANTAGE OF DISABLED CUSTOMERS. On June 1st we called out a sales rep from this company to quote us for new ac unit .After hours of waiting for Justin the sales manager to give us prices we were told we would have to wait until following day because he was at dinner. Understand this is in a SWELTERING 86 degree house and we’re waiting on him. Clearly our business as well as our discomfort meant nothing to this manager. Not to mention that this set us back 4 days for installation. I have multiple sclerosis and the heat factor is detrimental to this disease.
    Next evening sales rep comes to our house and pulls a bait and switch and tells us they can’t do job until Tuesday and won’t have parts we were quoted at but says they can do mix match system. (Fast forward to last night one of their own technicians said this should have NEVER been done.)
    Tuesday units are installed, Wed. night technician is out here and installs a new thermostat. Still continues to run non stop.
    Last night technician comes tells us this should have never been done this way. Today we call to speak to Justin, manager and we’re told he would be calling back shortly. He never called. Shortly after we placed that call a technician shows up and this technician says we have to much freon, and the tells us air handler is sucking air from the attic. Then tells us to call if there’s no improvement, we call and no one calls us back. And here we are in a house that just has new ac unit installed and is NOT working properly. It is June, I have MS and am very sensitive to such high temperatures. As a person with a disability I feel very taken advantage of.

    I consider my husband and myself as courteous, considerate, reasonable people. We treat people as we would like to be treated. Unfortunately what this company has done must be known and shared. Just awful

    They charged me $1300 to fix my AC once they left, It was not working. I've been sitting in 90 degrees temp here all day waiting for them to come back 9 hours weather in Florida. I'm never using this company again. The techs came back at 5:30 pm. The original tech had attitude. I'm Cuban and he's lucky I had my son in law there. It seems a different capacitor had now gone bad. Can you imagine. I think Morgan and Morgan might find this interesting.

    We had a plumbing issue, and so we ended up having to replace our toilet. Our technician was Mihail Osipov aka Mischa and he was THE BEST. He explained things to us, took his time and ended up helping us solve future problems we didn't even know we had. He never once tried to just sell us things or get us to spend money on frivolous stuff. If everyone worked as hard as Mischa the world would be a better place. 100/10 stars strictly based on the hard work and customer service of this man.

    We are part of ABC's membership which includes routine checkups today is the day we're rescheduling for the third time because the tecks don't show up. When I brought this to the attention of I-lay or ailai- not sure how she spells it. I was rudely talked over and told that they need to make priority for customers calling in that have emergencies instead of showing up at their appointments made weeks in advance. I'm a caregiver who has to be here for people to come in and the gentleman I've worked for will have to hire me a third time. We've had complete systems installed by this company less than a year ago yet they don't want to show up for their scheduled membership. Please be advised if you're a member you have the lowest priority and the new callers have priority over you That's what I was told by I lay when I asked for her to see if she can please send a qualified tech that will show up on time since this is the third time. I lay must have zero customer service experience because of this experience I am no longer recommending ABC which I was before with several of the managers cards and sending them out to people that needed rehab on their houses because I work for an insurance company where this happens a lot. You have lost well over a hundred referrals local in the area and if anyone asks me about your business I'm going to have to tell them the honest truth that yor phone service personnel deliberately hang up and refuse to answer the phone even with a cordial person.

    The service technician fed me a whole bunch of nothing. Overcharged me for installing a bathroom vanity (very small one), sold me a maintenance package which turned out to be invalid. ABC Plumbing DID NOT honor it AND lied about a refund when I asked for it. Additionally, did not produce any receipts of proof for this alleged refund. I have called again and again to only have a response of confusion. TERRIBLY disappointed. I would NOT recommend this company for anything. Not even a tank flush!

    Called several times this morning, difficult to get a live person the first lady was super rude to me and I almost just called another company, I will give them a chance because Michelle helped me out and apologized for the other person's unprofessional and rude attitude. The first phone rep made this review 1 star, Michelle brought it up one more, we will see when they arrive if I will update and give more stars

    Company comes out for a semi annual checkup. Tech recommended that I needed a UV light & capacitor. Purchased them both but UV light was not connected. Have not been able to get a return call to remedy the issue.

    * Update*
    When I called about UV light not working, I was told that "Connie"was handling issue. Never heard from her. Called two days later & told the same story.
    My father was able to get a return call several times from ABC. Then I got a call back.

    Next time I hire anyone I will check the Better Business Bureau (BBB) first. Several complaints/

    I appreciated Matt's balance of education with a friendly approach. He spoke in terms I'd understand and made sure I was comfortable with all the options to set my systems up for success moving forward.

    The customer service staff was not very responsive to initial installation/inspection issues BUT the technicians have been top notch. Dontavious just completed routine service maintenance and was professional and courteous. He performed a thorough inspection of my a/c system and advised of service/maintenance recommendations.

    Matt was simply amazing. I am going through some very difficult times and Matt came in on his day off to ensure that he could do whatever he could to elevate any additional stress. All around stand-up guy who not only told me but showed me that he is about helping people.
