ABC Plumbing, Air & Heat

Today I had an appointment with ABC. At 9:44 am I received a call saying someone should be here in 45 minutes or so. Well almost 2 hours later someone shows up. They want you to be respectful of their time, but don't seem to be so interested in yours. I see the truck outside at approximately 11:30 am and call ABC and tell them to send this person on. There are way too many other compaines who do the same thing. YOU can't be respectfull so I can't either. BYE BYE abc

When a PVC pipe broke and caused water to pour into the backyard, ABC was one of the first calls I made. They had sent out a great Plumbing Technician, Mihail O. Mihail spent late into the evening working diligently to repair this for us and ultimately repaired the line despite the late evening, restoring water to our home. He is a real life saver and a great asset to ABC.

Frankie was great. Check all vitals on hvac system inside and out. Did a great job and was nice to visit with. Competitive price for this service. Satisfied customer here!

This issue dating from January 18th to the present is ongoing now. However all of the techs from ABC plumbing heat and air have been very easy to work with, and especially the work Ishmael has done installing the new on demand hot water heater was absolutely first right. His portion of the project is now finished, and I just reiterate I hope that he will be doing any plumbing work I have in the future for me. He is a great professional representative for ABC plumbing air and heat.

Israel was very professional, and caring worker. I am so thankful for the service he did for me. My shower dripped for a long, long g time. Not anymore. I wish he could be my only tech because he listened to me.

I called this company because my toilets were overflowing. They came out many times dug up my yard that was just layed with new grass. Messed up my tile in bathroom around toilet and charged me $7000.00 dollars, and none of that was the problem. Had plug at city line that was stopping up line. Now they cashed one of my checks and wants me to provide proof that they received the money. What a company!!!

Frankie was very courteous and knowledgeable about our future A/C needs an explained our options. We only had the annual maintenance check up today but when we need our new A/C Unit; ABC Plumbing will be the Company an hopefully Frankie will be the Technician to take care of us. Thank You!!!

These guys worked all day in the rain. Thank you for your dedication despite the rainy day. They are professional and so clean. I will sleep tonight comfortably. Thank you.

The plumber was on time, courteous, efficient, professional, explained everything thoroughly and took extra care to be sure I understood. He installed a kitchen faucet which I had already purchased. Granted there was some corrosion, but $467.00 is too expensive for this senior citizen.
