Graham Heating & Air Conditioning

Graham heating & air conditioning were great my air went out on a Sunday they came right out and let me know I needed a new part. The warehouse was closed so the couldn’t fix it until Monday but made me their first stop…Whenever I called them they picked right up and knew who I was. Garrett has the best customer service I could have asked for and explained to me how to get my air back down to a cooling temperature. Definitely have a customer for the life of my house.

Quinton has come to service our AC unit a few times and he is always extremely helpful. He is super informative and polite. Anytime I call the person on the phone is so cheery and ready to help get someone out. I also had the opportunity to work with Matt a little bit and he is just the same, I never felt pressured with them. 10/10!

My experience started with the phone call to schedule the appointment. I was quoted a price for the technician to come to my house to look at my unit. The price she quoted and the price I was charged were worlds apart. The technician was "training" another individual, and I believe he was trying to show off. He never wrote down a quote for a replacement unit (my daughter wrote it down on a piece of notebook paper) because I was working. My house is small (860 sq feet) he quoted me $12,500 to replace my unit. When I told him he was nuts he started blabbing I don't know the cost of AC units blah, blah, blah and actually called me rude. I told him to leave my house and he kept talking to my daughter and suddenly brought the price down to $9,700 which is still waaaaay too high. I had two other companies stop by to give me a quote, and the company I am going with will install for $5,800. The other quote was much less too. I was never emailed a receipt for my payment or an official quote. I would stay clear of this company. It pays to shop around!

I would not recommend this company to anyone. They try to take advantage of you, especially if you're a widowed, senior woman. They broke my air conditioner during a "tune up" and then tried to charge me $425 for a replacement part (that I could get for $100). I will admit that my AC unit is old, but they gave me a quote of $18,000 for a new one. Ridiculous prices. They are rip off scammers. Do Not Use Them!

They came out for the special AC maintenence. My unit hasn't had any issues but I was talked into getting additional service to the tube of poverty$600. Now, my air conditioner fan won't shut off. Called them 3x's. They assured me the tech would call me and it would be taken cate of. It's a week later and nothing. Worse service ever!!!

Jason was a true professional who listened to my concerns and preformed the preventive maintenance service I requested in a courteous and timely manner. I will use Graham Heating & Air Conditioning again.

Had a maintenance call set up. Trevor came out and did a great job explaining issues that he found and how big of a problem that would be in future.

Our A/C units work so hard in Florida, it’s critical to keep these maintained and efficient. Trevor was very professional and knowledgeable. Overall a great experience.

I have been using Graham for over 20 years and they have always done a great job. Quinton Tomaski was out today and did a fantastic job, very friendly, knowledgeable and showed me everything. Very thorough job. I am very pleased and highly recommend Graham when someone is looking for a great HVAC company.
