    Trevor Tomaski came for my bi-yearly tune up. He advised me about the system and what I needed to keep it lasting longer.
    Trevor went above & beyond in explaining how my system worked and what was best for it.
    It's expensive to keep appliances running, but then the cost of everything is lately. He installed Made in the USA parts and helped me with options.
    I felt confident that he was helping me to do what will keep my A/C running at its best.

    We purchased our air conditioner a couple of years ago from Graham Heating & Air conditioning and the service and the workers they send out to do a check each year, we have been so pleased with everything. This year they sent Brandon and he was amazing highly recommend this company to everyone.

    Nothing was cleaned, and if the air handler was even opened, the cover was not replaced correctly. The compressor cover was taken off, and not put back correctly, and screws were not put back. A total waste of my time and money. They tried to up sell me a $400 part for the capacitor, and a service plan that would cost more than two service calls a year. Never again! I received a call and they have offered to make things right. I will give them a chance and I hope my HVAC will be serviced

    These guys came out to do an annual inspection & maintenance. They pointed out a couple of things and let me fix one of them and I let one of them slip. A few months later that slippage caused an outage. They were there to help fix it and Trevor did a great job. In addition to the service on site, behind the scenes they had some great software that updated me about their arrival time and the billing was fast & seamless

    Tony is great. Very polite and friendly. Would use him again. Same for Graham in general. I have a 3 year maintenance contract and they always remind me when it's time for service. The company that installed my AC never bothered to do that. Stick with a reliable company with good people. Will always renew that contract. And would recommend them to anyone.

    PJ came out to do a 6 mo. checkup and recommended that we have a cleaning of our blower and 2 other parts. We scheduled the appointment and PJ himself came back out to do the job. I am very pleased with his work. Super friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing in terms that were easy to understand. Even took before and after pictures and emailed them to us.     Used Graham for first time for issues with air handler cost was over 1k!, ok i guess the joys of being a home owner. Second I Received a call from them they we’re doing a half off for 2 maintenance/ check up. First was fine no issues. Then we were having issues with our unit out side. Trying to start like four time before actually clicking over. So my husband called them. Tech guy came out charged $85 for coming out and totaling over $200 for the troubleshooting. The service was supposed to be free. But the best part is they told us our 4 year old unit should be totally replaced as well as inside air handler in order to benefit from the warranty that comes with doing so. We felt we were being taken advantage of so my husband ordered a part from Amazon $11 I think it was a hard start. 10 minutes of work to install and the air works fine. So much so my kids make me turn it down in the morning because they are cold. Then some older women from Graham called me like a week later to get the 1/2 price 2 service deal and I told her absolutely no way would I use them. She then argued with on everything I said. They changed ownership all new staff asked hi long since I used them (a week prior), that I was charged correctly because it wasn’t a “maintenance” call it was a service call, that I just put a bandaid on the problem. Ask yourself this, If your car needs a new starter or an alternator do I replace the part or just buy a new car? All in all I think the 1/2 price 2 visits think is a bait and switch or at least so shady stuff going on This is my experience and I can’t speak for anyone else. I originally used them on the good reviews but just food for thought and buying beware.

    Having recently moved to Florida I wasn’t sure who to call when my A/C quit working. I decided to call the company that had installed it (contact information was on a sticker on the unit) and I’m glad I did. The technician that came arrived at the beginning of the two hour window I was given. He was friendly, courteous, and professional. He was familiar with my unit because he’s been the one doing the routine maintenance. He gave me good tips on simple maintenance tasks I can perform to keep things running smoothly, which was so helpful because I’ve never had central air conditioning before. Great experience! I highly recommend Graham’s Heating and Air Conditioning.
