    Bought an A/C unit, then was told I needed an ultra violet ray system that would keep the air ducks clean and would help the air flow in our home. At the time my husband was diagnosed with ALS. This new system was going to help him with his breathing. The salesmen that installed my system told me they were going to give me the ultra violet ray system. When I called to verify when they would be out, I was told that the item in question was not on my contract and that those salesmen were no longer with the company. I new salesmen came out and explained to me about the UV system and that if I wanted my unit to run clean with no mold, I needed to purchase it. I did with hesitation and frustration. I wouldn't recommend their company. My family has had serious nasal congestion and colds since the unit has been installed. I find that their company is out for your money...

    I’m very pleased by the professional service I received today from the technician Pedro Gamon he was knowledgeable and patient in answering all the questions I had about several issues. He was honest and helpful in describing several issues relating to our Air Conditioning unit and our Air handler making it easy to understand what would be beneficial to our health and well being for that I’m great full.

    I was recommended by a neighbor. I had another ac co out who told me I needed a new system –after they were there for 10 minutes. Graham came out and $150.00 later, my unit is working fine. I will recommend them to other neighbors! Great job!

    his company is a unprofessional, unreliable and love to charge for their mistakes. Owning a two year old AC unit I have contacted this company three times in the past year and a half. The first incident was they installed my breakers backwards which the tech told us that is what happen. After being charge 80 dollars for their mistake we ate the cost due to being a business owner we tried to understand the reason for a service call fee. The 5 mins it took the tech was a bit over priced. The second time we called was about 2 months ago our AC unit went out for the second time. When called they came out the next day stated our air compressor broke and wouldn't give us exactly why a two year old AC unit would break, mind you we have the receipt of the original owner buying the unit for thousands of dollars. After their inspection they said they'd be back tomorrow with the part. Besides being late to the first appointment of the day we were told our part was covered under warranty but labor would be charged first they gave us a 600 or so quote but by the end of the less than 2 hour visit we were charge 747. Unfortunately living in Florida without AC is unbearable so we ate the cost. I made my third call today when my AC unit once again is broken. Before business hours were closed I was told they could not be out today unless we paid the after hours fee of $81 ... after explaining to them about the recent issues we have I was quickly told they are sorry and we'll see you tomorrow as the man hung up.

    I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone and I will make sure I post this on all the review sites in order to warn others about this company scamming you for every dollar. I strongly believe if you offer a service it would be expected from the costumer to be completed the right way and mistakes happrn but you pay for your mistakes not me.

    Phone solicitors continue to call non stop, at work, on cell, whatever they want. I have asked them to stop, and they refuse. Terribly rude and unprofessional service.

    We have used Graham Heating for years and have been more than happy with their services.

    Today, Johnny did a maintenance check up and let me know of possibilities for future improvements but made sure I realized that our current system is working with no problems.
