Peter was very courteous and helpful. There was no high pressure selling of anything. My service window was from noon to 2 p.m. and Peter arrived at noon. I am very fussy as to who I let into my house and I will definitely ask for Peter when my next HVAC maintenance is do.
Garrett showed up at the beginning of my time window which was fantastic for me because I have a sick little dog who needs the air conditioning because of his collapsing trachea. Garrett was very professional and I definitely will ask for Garrett to do my service again.

He provided the annual maintenance on our central Air Conditioning system in a timely manner and explained everything he was doing very thoroughly. He also got us a good deal on some helpful system upgrades that we had been considering for some time. He represents your company well and gave us very good service. Beware, this company preys on senior citizens. They use high pressure sales and scare tactics and they break their own contract. After a routine, but cheap maintenance visit, they reeled us in by recommending $3000 of unneeded work. They verbally claimed, which was not proven, that they found mold "that would get all through the house" without their special $1500.00 UV light. (Similar lifetime guaranteed UV lights are $250 to $500). They had a "one day special rate" and "they happened to have one in the truck so they could install it immediately." There was no written estimate beforehand and no 3 day cooling off period. When we found out the price, we insisted they take it out, as it was only attached by a magnet.The technician called his office at our insistence, but the manager would not let him take it out as the tech was running late. It took minutes for the so called installation. The contract said that the light belongs to them until it was paid off, but when we protested, we hadn't paid anything. We were told that it was dangerous to take the light out ourselves or we would have put it back in his truck. The technician was so mad that he pressured us to give him a check, or he would not leave. We should have called the police instead.
Graham came to my rescue the other day as my usual AC company couldn't get to me. Their technician Garrett was very polite, knowledgeable and fixed my unit quickly. Would recommend to others.
We had a service appointment today for a system tune up and discovered that our unit was pulling the maximum power load and had a leak in the system. We have had issues over the last couple of years now with it working after a power outage. Our service technician Pedro review his findings on our old unit that was still using the old freon and was able to get a new system scheduled for Monday morning. Kudos to Pedro for addressing the issue and making sure we would be taking care of. Thank you for the great service.
