My technician Stoell Marks was extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous and an absolute pleasure to work with. When I’m ready to replace my system I’ll definitely be giving them a call
High Pressure Sales Tactics & Overpriced Accessories Targeting Gullible Senior Citizens: They had continually called to set up a home a/c tune-up service and wouldn’t take no for answer just as bad as the extended auto warranty people. They bypassed me (the Son) after at least 5 “not now, I’ll call you” solicitation calls had coerced my 84 y/o father with doing a tune-up and then using scare tactics of “Beginning Stages of Mold that can be corrected NOW only if you buy this UV Light Air Sanitization system which I just happen to have on my truck”. First of all, they did offer a decent product after I researched the APCO FRESH-AIRE product line. Unfortunately it appears that they had charged my father over TWICE of what other reputable A/C repair facilities would quoted if asked for the exact same product make & model. I made several calls to confirm. My father and I share a duplex so this problem is 2X worse than most will experience as he paid over $3000.00 for 2 installations at the same service visit taking little over 2.5 hours. These installations should’ve been fairly priced at approximately $1400-$1800 total for both systems or $750ish each. Another A/C contractor offered me a UV light product for as little as $225 INSTALLED, but was a very cheap product that I found on Amazon for $98. The APCO products are sold in the vicinity of $165-$445 range on-line and I’m sure Graham gets a wholesale quantity discount below this plus the added installation cost for roughly 1-2 hours of labor. We had used Graham Heating & Air previously for a thermostat replacement and were satisfied with both the service call and price. This however led them to the Spring A/C Tune-Up Special in which they easily persuaded my father into the “Tune-Up” and an accessory purchase spending nearly $3,000 more than he had expected for something he really didn’t need - but is of some benefit. From many Yelp & Google negative reviews and complaints including the BBB, this appears to be their common “M.O.” They will claim after a visual inspection that a serious mold problem exists and that they have a remedy if immediate action is taken. My father said the Technician sounded professional and he took his advice. In Florida in most any HVAC system one can find traces of mold if looking in the right places. If they had sold him the UV Light Sanitation Systems (2) at a fair & just price, this review would’ve been positive. Please research and make a wise choice! Let the Buyer Beware! As they say - They appear to target unknowing Seniors and too many reviews are similar to this one.
Our technician Quinton was outstanding, very professional and thorough. He took the time to explain what needed to be done to bring our system up to par. I highly recommend Graham HVAC, our family has been using them for years.
I had a issue with my new A/C that was only about 7 months old they sent Mr. Garrett out he diagnosed and repaired the problem and assured me that I won’t have any more problems.. he is a great asset too Graham Heating and Air.. thank you Garrett
Trevor came out and gave us an inspection of our AC system for $25. He also gave some maintenance tips. He was polite, clean, informative and friendly. He said the start assist component was on it's way out and needs to be replaced soon. He offered us a plan for $350 which we turned down, he then offered us a deal that saying he could still replace the part at no cost under warranty but there would be a labor charge of $135.00 and that amount wouldn’t include the plan. I didn't look into the part cost after he left because my only intention was to get fluids topped off and the duct sprayed with an antibacterial solution . All repairs are done my the company I purchased the unit from.
JP was amazing! I never thought my husband and I would be this excited about an AC company. We had answered a phone call about a Fall service special and we're glad we did. JP is a very pleasant young man. He answered all of our questions honestly, and showed us pictures of everything he did along the way. He told us his goal was to make life long customers and he has done this with us! Great job!
Was not given an estimate on replacing thermostat. Overcharged at 250.00for it Plus some additional 50$ to process a warranty on the capacitor changed out. Holes in wall. Never use again unless a estimate offered. Poor business practices which we are seeing more and more.
Now these people have turned into telemarketers. Making unsolicited calls. And then when you inform them that their information is incorrect they become rude. What a great place to do business not
