Dave, the tech, explained a great deal to us that was never mentioned by our previous a/c company. He is very knowledgeable and we felt very comfortable with him. We have a 3 yr contract and he will be coming on a schedule so no problems and if we do we are to call Kerri-ann and he come to see what the problem is. I will recommend him to our friends, neighbors & family.thank you
Our air conditioning unit is only 3 years old, and the service man that came to clean our ducts told us that it was very clean and in excellent shape, with no mold. However, the man that did our ‘checkup’ the previous day told us that we had lots of mold in our unit and ducts. He told us that it was critical that we purchase an expensive ultraviolet light unit, and have our ducts cleaned. We feel that this man misled us (to put it nicely) about the seriousness of the situation, and we spent a great deal of money on something that was optional rather than critical.
We had a heating system and air handler installed, the installation techs were on time, polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Customer service was great.
We hired Graham to do a maintenance check on our air conditioner twice a year. They are always friendly and efficient. Today Pedro recommended we get a Solaris installed because our ducts were filthy and this would prevent the dirt buildup in the future. We appreciate Pedro’s suggestion and professionalism. Thanks for your help.
My high rating is due mostly to the person that came to my home to do my 6 month service. Johnny Dean, a Senior Technician with Graham Heating & Air Conditioning, was the most pleasant and knowledgeable person I have ever had for my Air Conditioning service. My hope is he will still be available next time I need a service call! His card is now always at hand!!!
They prey on single women and sell 3yr maintenance programs,then come out and do not clean or even check the things on the list of maintenance procedures. Tell you that you can clean the drain yourself and the outside unit as well."Because all we really do is spray water on it anyway " Actual quote from (Reece),and this is the owners son! I watched him through a window and all he did was hook up gauges for about 30 seconds then come back inside to tell me that there was probably a leak and needed freon,but he couldn't do anything anyway cause it was r-22 and they don't make it anymore. Sprayed some deodorizer and pulled the air filter out 2" pushed it bak in and went to the van for paperwork. Then when I call to speak to a manager (dan) he was dumbfounded at what was not done. That was sep 23rd 2021. Today is Oct 20 2021,and no one has been out,I finally got a call from the owner after countless phone calls and messages today. He was just as rude as his son and dan. They got their money and now will not honor the contract. This is a very dishonest, rude lie telling company. Save yourself time,money and frustration by not getting involved with this company. They may have been around for a while but have lost track of how to do honest business, and treat people with respect. Karma is real!!!
The A/C unit was installed by Graham Heating & Air Conditioning and the parts were still under warranty. The control board on the A/C unit died and needed to be replaced. The technician came out, diagnosed the problem and replaced the part and then charged me several hundred dollars! I spoke to Mike at Graham the next day and he told me that was the cost to fill out the paperwork and send the part back to the company etc. The A/C unit works fine but I was very disappointed with the overall experience. I have a background in the construction industry and as a result have had several of my neighbors ask me who they should use for A/C replacement or repair. I would like to recommend Graham but the last experience left a bad taste in my mouth.
