I like that Dave Ewing came at the beginning of my timeframe for service. He was very polite and respectful. I asked a lot of questions and he thoroughly answered my questions. He explained everything that he did along with his findings and recommendations. I feel that he was very knowledgeable and experienced and so I would like to request that Dave Ewing be my service man for my next service in six months.

I had Garrett Olinger out to service my A/C and he went above and beyond to ensure my system was properly and efficiently cleaned. Through past experiences I’ve had nothing but trouble and lazy inexperienced people out to “service my a/c.” Nobody else touches my a/c because he’s the most down to earth honest and hard working local a/c guy there is.
I had my air handler replaced in 2015 after I was told my old one was not compatible with my new compressor. I was convinced by the tech I needed a uv system.I purchased one for 1500.00 from graham. When they replaced the air handler apparently they did not replace the uv system we had already purchased. When the tech came out for 6 month check I was told I needed a uv system. I said we had already purchased one. Tony who was the tech tried to use scare attics such as mold and dust. He called the office and spoke with Dan and verified I should have a uv system and was told to install another one free of charge. I called Dan and filed a complaint against Tony because he was very rude and tried to resell me another uv system. I told Dan I did not want Tony to come back to my home. A month later a tech named Garrett came and replaced a module. He was very nice and professional. I was told I had to pay to get the warranty in the new module. That cost me 289.00.it did not make any sense that I had to pay for a warranty on a replacement part. Then again on 12/6/2017 a tech came came out for 6 MO checkup and again I was told I needed a new uv system. I asked him to call Dan and he said Dan could not help me with this problem. After a few minutes and telling him I was gonna call if he did not he did. When I called Dan the first time about Tony he assured me that in 3 Mos someone would be out to check to see if mold and dust problem had been taken care of. I never heard anything until the maintenance call. During the previous call with Dan he told me if the the problem had not resolved then they would clean the system for no charge. When the tech came on 12/6 he said it would cost 400.00 and I told him what Dan said and he called Dan and Dan did not agree to do it. I have left several messages for Dan to call me and no return phone calls.I was so upset that I sent the tech away I do not know if he did what he was supposed to do.
I have the pleasure of knowing the owner of Graham Heating & Air Conditioning. He is a family man and he runs his business like a family as well. We have never had a bad experience with the staff or owner since we've used the company. I highly recommend this company if you're looking for any heating and cooling issues/help!
