Graham Heating & Air Conditioning

I had them out for a couple times to do some AC maintenance. Their service was fine, but they won't stop calling me about special pricing, even though I have asked to be on their do no call list several times. I would use them again in the future, but I don't want soliciting calls.

They use a phone room that randomly calls numbers. They called me and I asked a question and they hung up. Most air conditioning companies that I have seen in the past that use phone rooms are over priced. Makes the overhead really high. What is funny though is I actually was looking for an a/c company. At least I know who not to use.

PJ was professional and knowledable. He took the time to explain. Love the detailed report with picture and notes. He emailed the information. Very efficient and did I say professional!!!

I just read a review left by Gary, and I too am feeling taken by Graham's. Yesterday someone came out to service my unit. He said I had mold growing in my A/C compressor and ductwork. Out of fear of mold I made a quick decision to treat it to is recommendation for $2,600.00. Everything happened so quickly I don't think I had time to process what I was doing. They are coming back today to clean the ducts, and I hope they do a better job not letting dust fly around my house then the previous posts suggest. After the tech left I looked up the cost of UV lights and they are around $150 to $200 for the nice ones. So, why are they changing me $2600. They also didn't let me pick when they service people where going to come out to clean my ducts, they told me when they would be here. What happened to work estimates and scheduling work?

THE WORST, air conditioning company I have ever interacted with. Do not waste your time with this company. There warranty is useless, there technicians are nice, but useless when you have to fix the issues eventually on your own. We have had this company come to our house 10 times (+) since the beginning of the year and they have never resolved the problem. They have taken our money, and won’t refund us. They take there time on sending technicians to your house and don’t care about finding the resolution. Do not waste you time or money. I would rate this company 0 stars if it was an option!

Pretty much a scam business promoting cheap AC tune up which consists of them being in your house 5 minutes and essentially doing nothing. It's cheap because they don't really do anything. Cold called my husband, messed up on our appointments 2x... first time showed up hours after our service window (we had already left the house) second time, came a day early. The tech was nice but it's a BS service. Find someone else if you truly want a tune up.

Garrett was knowledgable and professional. We feel that he is honest. We will continue to use Graham because of our positive experience with Garrett. Not sure that we would be comfortable with any other technician.

Had Garrett come out and take a look at our system. He was knowledgeable and took care of our ac needs! Very happy with his services and will call again.

Always a pleasure to have Graham technicians come out & inspect my A/C unit. This time Dave was here right on time, explained everything to me in detail that he was about to do on each step and now my air conditioning and heat when needed, is in tip top shape. I'm hoping to see Dave on all of my twice a year inspections. I've never had any major problems but any time I've called Graham to ask questions or something seemed wrong, they had a technician out here immediately.

If it wasn't for Tony I would not be using Graham services anymore. I actually was not going to have Graham come out to service my AC unit anymore. I was using an AC company that could be trusted. I didn't appreciate getting ripped off........it was more than once! I brought up your company to two other people, they had nothing nice to say about your company and no longer do business with you.
The only reason I let Graham come back is because I was called by your company letting me know that I still had 6 month services that I had paid ahead for. Being that I cannot trust your company I wanted my brothers opinion so he came over when your technician came out to my home. You sent out Tony.
Tony is Wonderful! My brother & I feel he can be trusted! If he ever no longer works for your company, I will no longer do business with Graham!
