Graham Heating & Air Conditioning

Been with them for years. Have had 1 issue with the answering service not dispatching my service call to the tech. Graham did say they are planning to resolve that issue.

PJ came to our condo earlier this week. I found him to be helpful, informative and honest when assessing the status of our AC unit. There were no major issues and he didn't really try to sell me anything I didn't need.

Trevor and Quinton came out today to do my routine maintenance. Technicians were FANTASTIC!! Highly recommended having these technicians do your service. I personally wouldn't have Graham if it wasn't for them.

Technician showed up on time. Completed service in timely and professional manner.

Very satisfied with Graham HVAC. Had an evaporator fail on Thursday, and with one call, they were here the next day, diagnosed the issue, made some interim repairs, then came the next business day and fixed it for good. Responsive, punctual, and great communication. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Had a working AC system 😊, after John did a maintenance check in the air handler. It would not power up! After Matt another technician came changed the transformer STILL NO POWER!
He kept saying he had to send a smaller technician to get into the attic to check the wires. 3 hours later no working AC, finally figured out Graham technicians will do more damage to everything they touch and are not qualified to fix the issue.
Called another technician that fixed the problem. Cost me $
It's not the $ but the aggravation and thinking that you need a maintenance check when nothing is wrong!

Bottom line say no to Graham's Maintenance check, don't let them in your house!

It cost me $250. To fix the problem they created.
Some of their technicians are unqualified, to even do a maintenance check.

John messed the system up, no power. UV lite bulb was installed incorrectly, kept shorting out the air handler!

Good luck hopefully you go with another company or take your chances.

Brandon has serviced our A/C for a full year, and I have always been impressed with his professionalism, answering all questions, and very respectful to his customers. I recommend using Graham services for all of your heating and air conditioning needs. 5 Stars given to Brandon and Graham company.

Brandon was very polite and professional. He did not pressure me in any way to do more. He did make a couple of suggestions and explained why and the reason.

Brandon is a great asset to Graham Heating and Air. I just wish we had more technicians like Brandon. I will be calling Graham Heating and Air to preform Brandon's suggestions.

They cold called my cell phone with an offer to check my air conditioning. They interrupted a meeting that I was in at the time.

Junk calls are not appreciated.

Read the reviews. Sounds like a scam artist.

I didn't use Graham AC, but I doubt I ever will.

My vehicle broke down in a precarious location, a blind curve that serves as an entrance ramp to I-275 southbound froM eastbound Fletcher Ave. During the time I waited for a wrecker service many vehicles passed us by, most of them cautious as they did. The Graham AC van however passed me at a high rate of speed adding to the safety issues created by the location. The technician driving by even yelled out of his window "should have bought a Ford".

I'm all for banter and fun, but not so much on this rainy day with slick roads in a precarious location. Of all the cars that passed me, the Graham AC can stood out as the worst driver among them.
