I’m still unsure of this company in comparison to smith’s (the previous owner). Communication is not at the level of Smiths. However our two installers were nice and quick to get a new system in. I am still cautiously optimistic that the service will match Smiths. We still miss Tony, and don’t think anyone can match him.

Jose was awesome. He arrived within the designated time slot and checked out my AC unit efficiently. I inquired about packages offered and he was able to answer my questions. I appreciate you Jose!!

Smith heating called to do a special clean and check up for 25$ + 5can goods cause they are doing some charity even. I'm talking to a guy named Michael. He gives me a 2 to 4 appt. I ask, can you call me back, and I will check with my wife. He said, ok, I'll call you back in 1 hr. Ok, great.
Wife is ok with the time. He never calls back, I call the place is closed. I try in the morning, to see if we have the appointment or not.
Nothing.
Later on, Michael calls, oh I'm sorry, we were real busy.
Ok, let try tomorrow. So we agree on 8-10, he said it's the first appointment.
Fine, my wife changes her plans, 10:10 today, nocall, no show. So I call the company, no answer, we are closed.
So I'm thinking this is some kind of scam. So I call Michael, oh, the tec called in sick. A female called to let me know. But said no answer, no VM set up. That's a lie, I answer my phone 24/7 (unless I'm in church) and I have voice mail.
Now he wants to set it up for tomorrow, from 10 to 12. 🤔
He said sorry, we are real busy. I told him never mind, if you are that busy, you don't need me.

This was our first time using Smith’s and Tony was AMAZING!!! First, he was great communicating when he was going to be able to get to our home for an emergency A/C repair. When he said he would be at our home around 3:30pm—he was! Once he arrived, he spent almost 3 hours troubleshooting everything he could to get our system up and running. He truly went above and beyond, and we will for sure be using Smith’s again because of his hard work. Great service, reasonable prices (we are out of warranty), and amazing experience altogether. Thanks so much Tony!

We've used Smith's AC for the last three years, and our tech Tony, has been phenominal. The annual service plan is a great deal. They also go above and beyond everytime we have questions or issues. Recently our system experienced a clog in the drain line at 8pm at night which shut the system down. Tony called me back within a few minutes and walked me through how to resolve that quickly and get the system working. He came out the next day and did a full maintenance too. I highly recommend their service!

Tony is the technician who has been consistently maintaining my AC unit for the past few years. I feel confident in his ability to provide the best quality, thorough maintenance for my unit. He’s always professional and courteous and gives good, solid feedback and advice on what to do for my unit to run properly.

Very Happy with the service especially since it was late Sunday afternoon. Tony was professional on time and explained everything and took the time to look up the warranty my mom had with them. Showed my daughter where the drain was and also made sure the indoor part was in good shape. Very appreciative
