Just called them and the woman on the phone couldn't answer any questions. When it's hot and you are frustrated because it seems like every ac company wants to rob you the last thing you want to hear is let me get back to you because 8 have to send a message to the damn office!

They arrived the young tech said after 5minutes it would cost me over a thousand dollars to fix the unit. Told him no way! Called another company paid $250 fixed it

NKOWS WHAT IS DOING AND EXPLAIN TO YOU WHAT HE'S DOING IF YOU ASK QUESTIONS. HIS REPORT IS COMPLETE WITH A LOT OF INFOS. GOING ON 3 YEARS NOW SINCE MY NEW A/C WAS INSTALLED AND TOBY IS A EXCELLENT MANAGER. HTEY TREAT YOU WELL THERE THEY KNOW YOU AND CALL YOU BY NAME.

Came and found a Buss fuse blown (a $2) item. Charged $87 to replace it in addition to the $65 trip charge. $152 for 30 minutes!!! Will not use again.
