Highly recommend Smith's especially if your in need asap. Jesus showed up in 20 minutes and got the ac running again. Very happy customer and you guys have gained a customer for the future. Will definitely recommend you to my friends and family.

To be fair they never came to our house. We waited all day (appointment was between 2 and 5pm). At 4:45 we called to check on the technician figuring they were running late on another call. This is how the conversation went: "I left a message saying we had to reschedule..." "No ma'am you did not. I have no voice mails and no missed calls." "oh well maybe it was a different customer's phone number I dialed" So either the employee on the phone was incompetent or they lied when they said they left a message. I'm not taking the chance that the technician will be as incompetent (and misdiagnose the problem) or a liar (and over charge us) So they wasted our day, and it now being 5pm we can't get a hold of any other companies to come fix our ac which means we will end up wasting some of tomorrow on some other company.

Avoid this company at all costs!
My grandmother, a recently widowed woman, went to Smith for help with her AC and was told she needed new larger ducts. After paying over $1,000 for her small home, the problem was still not resolved. They told her it was as good as it will get! She was in tears and didn't know what to do!
She finally went to another company and was told that her ducts had been only partially replaced in small sections. They finished the job for $600.

I'm caring for a parent who is in his last days/weeks, he likes it warmer than most and complained it was too warm. A/C was not working correctly, called Smith's and it was later in the day, the technician (Jesus) came out a 9 pm and recommend the filter be switched which was totally clogged. Easy fix and worth the night visit cost.

Our upstairs AC was leaking. Angel came out the same day to repair the unit. He was prompt and professional. He cleaned both units and and was very courteous. Thank you Angel and Smith's!!!

Jesus is a great service agent. Polite and skilled he was thorough and knew all elements of his work. Stayed until the job was complete even though it took longer than expected and finished after 6 PM.

Kinda sucks we paid $368 only for the unit to break again. But they did have excellent service overall. Had someone from the company call and explain to us everything that went down and how things can improve. I’m impressed with the feedback we’ve received from the company. Thanks for everything!

Very bad service avoid company at all cost

They came out and told me I have a leak in my air conditioning and to find the leak it was gonna be 150 and I lost 3 pounds of freon and wanted to charge me 261 for 3 pounds of freon and I was gonna fix it but they wouldn't start the work until I had cash he wouldn't take a check so I had to go get money he told me to call when I came back and he would right back he told me he was gonna answer another call and be right back when my husband called back the lady told him that the tech wouldn't be able to back till late afternoon cause he had a personal appointment at 2 pm I called the lady I told lady that he said he would be right back and ask if they had other tech but they where busy. very bad business u don't tell someone u coming back and u know u can't and then I told her I was calling another company good thing I did cause I never had a leak in my air conditioner and I didn't need any freon. The other company drained a good amount of water out of my handler cause it wasn't blowing air at all in the house it had a airflow problem that was it so they cleaned the unit it never had a leak and it wasn't leaking freon at all I don't need freon at all so make sure you also get a second opinion I learned from my mistake. Just call del air they saved me a lot of money
