Came home to no ac and the interior of the house at 84 degrees Fahrenheit. Called and had AC up and running within an hour of calling, mind you, it was past 8pm on a Saturday night. Thank you Miguel! (I think that was his name)

Had a problem with heat pump which initially turned out to be a transformer but that was only the start. Tony, Dave and Jesus spent some 6 hours sorting the problem but got there in the end.
Excellent work from Smith's who I would highly recommend.

The person that came to check the issue diagnosed the problem REALLY FAST!!!
