The crew was on time and completed the work in a reasonable time frame. The price was fair. They services an existing older unit at the same time. Everything went without a hitch. I would definitely recommend them

Michael from Ervin Air was excellent! He arrived promptly and was very easy to work with. He quickly identified the issue with my AC handler, and thaaank goodness. My AC handler is upstairs and it began leaking at some point. I don't even know when, but my downstairs ceiling had begun to leak and very abruptly gave out late last night. We went the night without AC and yah, I'm a spoiled brat; it was horrible and I was a total baby about it. Michael fixed the issue in record time (seriously), went above and beyond and there was nothing at all confusing about the bill. Even if there had been, I was so darn delighted to have the air on so fast without a fresh new waterfall downstairs that it'd have been worth it. 11/10 would recommend and will call again for any future AC issues, THANK YOU! :)

They were able to provide same day service and get our 10+ year old A/C back up and running. The technician, Nick, was very professional, thorough with his diagnostics and explanations. I am now part of their service plan! You can’t go wrong hiring this small, but excellent, owner operated business.

Unknown to us, our a/c was damaged during a new roof installation. They came and diagnosed the issue promptly, parts were ordered and information was forwarded to the roofing company. Within two days the work was completed and ac was back in working order. We can't say enough good words about our satisfaction with Harold and his crew. Came out 20 minutes after we called when our AC failed. Did not try to upsell. Our unit was 15 plus years old and they installed 2 to 3 days after initial consultation. Great job all around!

We worked with Ervin Air on our two story home. Harold and his crew are amazing. Not only did they come in as the best price out of 4 bids, but their customer service was amazing and continues to be. We called Harold the other day because one of the units went down and it turned out it was house related. It had nothing to do with this work, but he came out in the evening to make it right.
