    Horrible customer service. I have paid for a service and cannot get a manager to call me back. The sales manager came out , told me one thing, but wrote down another to the tech, he finally shows up and does the bare minimum. He left the job unfinished.I have left messages for the original sales manager Matt O to return my call, to date no call. I have left him messages for a week now. I will never use this outfit again!!!!! You shouldn't either.

    After calling 4 other places with no immediate availability, I finally found ABC who came to our rescue when our AC stopped working on a Friday night. They were very professional and able to find the issue and fix immediately. Such a life saver in the Florida heat. Will definitely be using them in the future for any other AC needs!

    If I could give Ethan stars to the Moon and back I would. He corrected issues I had with my new AC unit. Ethans is extremely knowledgeable and very thorough and corrected issues that would have been a problem in the future. I would highly recommend ABC over other companies in the area. The Air Condition inspection passed the first time. Thank you again Ethan. Also the Inspector stated: They did a great job!

    AVOID AT ALL COSTS. READ ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS.

    My wife's grandma lives with her mother because she has dementia. She clogged the toilet, so my wife went over there to handle the situation while her mother was at work.

    This company came to the house, while only my wife and her grandma were there. The guy took 2 minutes to snake the toilet and charged her grandma $452!!!

    Don't use this company!!!

    They take advantage of people.

    The technician was good, but I have some issues with the company. I called re toilet repair but the receptionist made me answer questions about my water heater which is irrelevant. When the tech showed up he said the company asks him to take a picture of the water heater and confirm how old it is. This is unacceptable given that as a customer I am not asking for this service nor do I want someone to sell me extra stuff nor take pictures of things in my house. Next the tech said that the toilet repair recommended is $800 lol!! Or the cheaper option is $200 to replace a simple part. I mean common what a rip off... and for $800 you can buy a new toilet. Managers of the company are not customer friendly and ppl will eventually catch on and move on to more customer friendly companies.

    Today a had my A/C unit serviced for the first time with ABC Air. The Technician name was Brian. He was very courteous and took care of my unit. He explained everything very well. Will recommend to others. Thank you for Brian.

    Called me to tell me that i needed a check up to keep my warranty in good standings. I know this but forgot to set an appointment this year. ( They remembered ( Thanks guys ) . Did what they said, on time, clean and for what they questioned me on the phone. Good communication
    Service tec with the install last year and the tec for the one year Service check up were kind and polite. Good job guy's. Very Happy

    Called them to fix a leak in my kitchen sink. They tried to upsell me on services on the phone before they showed up which i declined. When they showed up they tried to upsell us more. They quoted 1200 for kitchen sink fix and 6700 for random other projects we didn't call about. Ended up hiring another company who fixed everything for 400. Do not use this company.

    Diego did a very good job helping me fix the problem so I am not dinging him. The fix was tricky and we got through it in 30 minutes. I highly recommend him for services, but the company pricing was way out of line. It was Saturday and nothing but Kudos for showing up in a timely manner. Not sure of the pricing structure but knowing people are in a desperate situation because they have no water should not equate to price gouging. Your website says no weekend up-charges only a service charge applied to services performed. We worked through this as well but a customer should be treated fairly for the services rendered, always. I am not sure who pulls the strings for pricing of services but it needs to be visited for fairness and consistency.
