ARS/Rescue Rooter Heating & Air Conditioning Service

Technician did a good job. The only concern I have is that he was not happy with the promotion ARS are giving away of $49 for a/c maintenance and tried to put me on $300 plan telling me that ARS personal don’t know how to handle business. Also he tried to sale me a draining pad treatment for $98 that I google it and it cost $10

My recommendation is that ARS should train better their technicians in order to be more professional and at the same time treat costumers with fair prices on accessories.

Was damaged done to my home. A shelf in closet was pull down when he accidentally lost his balance. He tried to fix but was not secure. Called Tampa ARS. They said they would send someone out to fix. It is 6/9/23 today. I will be waiting.

The gentlemen, I only got Ricky’s name, that install my HVAC system were very professional and efficient. They made sure I was good to go and assisted me with the Nest App. I would definitely recommend to others.

Russ and Keandre were very courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. I was impressed with the quality of work they performed and quite frankly at the speed of the install. I would highly reccomend ARS Rescue to anyone in need of any AC work. Great job.

Highly recommend this company if everyone was like Dewell and Andreas. Both of these guys were very knowledgeable and made everything easy to understand. I will certainly be working with them from now on.

Had 2 services performed today.
1st was the first maintenance on the system which was included with the installation. 2 techs, both were extremely courteous. When they finished they showed me 2 options to protect the system, a maintenance program and a surge arrester. I purchased the yearly maintenance but declined the surge arrested as I already have a whole house surge arrested on the meter from the electric company.

2nd is the original tech to install additional cover for the exposed ductwork that the inspector requested before passing the inspection. He was also courteous . He verified that I have the permit available and posted so that the re-inspection can be ordered.

Very polite and professional service from beginning to end. Step by step explanations as to what they were installing, how and what needed to be done, step by step explanation on how to use thermostat. Extremely happy with the service and care we received!

ARS workers did an excellent job by installing a new HVAC unit for our home. Patrick, Eric and Byron worked efficiemtly, were very courteous and kind. They took time to answer our questions and made sure we saw all the things they had done. They worked very long hours and did not complain once. We definitely give them an A for work well done.

Dwell came out to do an assessment of my old a/c unit which was not working. He was professional, courteous, and was honest about my options. I would highly recommend Dwell and ARS to anyone who needs a/c services.
