ARS/Rescue Rooter has good quality service. However, I feel that the pricing was astronomical for the parts that was needed to fix my A/C. $395 for a Contactor, and $326 for a Capacitor. Overall charge including parts and labor was $713. I would love to receive at least some of that money back. But, my A/C is fixed and running fine.

The gentleman who came to do a yearly A/C maintenance was very respectful, kind, and professional. He told me of services I may want/need but was not pushy, just informative. When I had to decline, he moved on to complete the job. I really appreciate that. The price was fair as well. Thank you ARS!

The technicians were polite and professional. They kept working non stop without a break until the job was done. They ended up staying until 11 pm. Overall from the sales to the installation it was a great experience and I would recommend them to everyone

I was told that my AC fan blower was burned out and would need to be replaced at a cost of $2900. A different AC repair company came by and fixed it in 20 minutes. The fan blower was fine.

I am disappointed for several reasons. i requested help for my ac unit. in my home last night and was given a coupon. which took off certain amount i was told would be minus work that was needed for repair. I get a call today stating it would be for visit whether i got work done or not. which wasn’t specified. They also came and started to work when i want even home. i thought they would wait til home owner actually would be there. After my unit was looked at i was told they wouldn’t do the work which was maintenance. i requested it and was told that. i need new products. because they said they’re not doing the work. after said exchange i was also told my house was dirty i said my house may be cluttered but it’s not dirty and equipment was old. I asked if they checked frion in back unit. they said no we went straight to attic when i pulled in my drive way. i couldn’t get a word in the convo and that’s all they kept pushing me to do. Meaning all they wanted me to do was get estimate for new equipment. They made a call to some to give me an appointment for friday morning. i’m not happy with the way i was spoken to and not listened to.

I love this company. The techs were great they answered every question and explained everything has they did it. We had a whole carrier unit installed plus you get the goggle thermostat with it. I highly recommend them. There warranty is the best that I have ever seen and its all in writing.

Think twice before using this company. Had a new air conditioner and furnace installed 2 years ago. Since they installed the new unit, had problems since day one. Had them come out twice to look at it and said nothing was wrong both times. Called ARS on Monday and the lady told us that someone would be out between 11 to 12 and that we had no warranty on parts or labor. Call back today to find out what’s going on and someone else told us that that is not how it works, and that we do have a warranty on parts only. Finally the technician came out and found out that it’s the thermostat and it’s going to cost $240. Then we talk to someone on the phone and they said that’s not the correct price it’s going to be over $300 to replace it and they don’t know when they will be able to replace the part. They called the service manager and he acted like he DID NOT CARE at all. You get one price quotes to you and then they hey jack the price up, bad business. Of course since it’s almost 6 pm everyone that I need to talk to is out of the office, so I can’t even see if I can have the part replace. Had this problem since day one of installation and they did not fix it and now it’s going to cost me even more money and still don’t even when they can fix it. Thanks for the bad business ARS. Won’t be using your company anymore
