We just had our AC replaced a week ago and we had AC in our garage with our old unit. Had a tech come out to take a look to see why the AC stopped working in the garage and they stated that the duct work needs to be done in order to have AC run to our garage but stated I would have to pay more money. I just don’t see how I had AC in my garage and all of a sudden they installed a new unit and it stopped working. I feel like this company is money grabber and they blame it on the inspection stating it will not pass which is incorrect if it was installed with our old AC. Please take your business else where at least a small local company that deserves your business.

ARS/Rescue Rooter team arrived on the scene. I initially set up my quote/consultation on Saturday. When Chad finished his briefing I was convinced I wanted them to install my HVAC. Not only did he give us a great deal along with Brian(District manager) to install my system the following Monday. True to their word, the installation team Patrick and DeAndre arrived on time. Both were very professional, efficient and knowledgeable in their craft. Patrick stated they would finished a certain time and not only did they complete the work on time they cleaned and made sure they had put everything back in place. The team both worked flawlessly and Installed a great system. Before they left I was briefed on the system and the necessary paperwork I needed for the county inspector. Thank you ARS/Rescue Rooter team for an outstanding job well done 👍🏽. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a great HVAC system installed to give them a call ASAP.

ARS sold and installed an AC unit in my home 2 years ago. It appears that manufacturers dont make AC units like they use to and sales persons should stop ve honest with customers. I had a some questions and concerns after a service call last week . THere was a need for the tech come back out on the same day of initial service call (the tech was honest and educated me on a few things opposite of the installer). Requested to speak with management on four different requests (1 by the tech and three phone calls via customer service) and as of today I'm still waiting. Not a good look after spending good money with this company and purchased a service plan. Show that you VALUE your customers beyond cute post on Facebook.

They have fair pricing installers did an amazing job. Everything looks very nice very clean. I actually slept very good last night. They were all professional from sales to installation. I would highly recommend using them.

Our technician gets a 10 out of 10! He was on-time, patient with my questions, professional, thorough, explained the findings very well and performed the maintenance and preventative upgrade in a reasonable amount of time, sharing before and after pics.
For ARS, I was surprised you do not have your techs carry replacement filters; other than that, it is a great quality maintenance service. And next time I know to have a new filter ready for the tech to put in for us.

They are not professional, they do not call you back and they never let you talk to anyone and the staff that answers the phone don’t know anything. They lie and tell you that they gonna do something and always have an excuses as to why it didn’t get done sooner. When they finally get back to you it take forever to do what they say they gonna do but never really do all what they supposed to do. The technicians are trainees that don’t know anything very inexperience. They’ve had to come out to my house several times to correct some problems that they did. I am very unhappy with their services and their professionalism. After putting a brand new unit in, I did not pass inspection and it took them four months to finally come back and try to correct the problem. Unacceptable and I will be reporting this further.

Needed to replace a 15 year old unit , the presentation was a little long but after awhile and worked out a fair price the replacement was set up for the next day. Patrick and Eric arrived on time and got right to work. They were very knowledgeable about their product. The whole process took 8 hours to complete, after they were finished, I couldn’t even tell they had been there. Very competent and clean. Day 1 and the unit is preforming perfect, hopefully for many years to come .
