Our technician, Sokol, performed a maintenance check on our air conditioning unit. It was a check of the system, only. He was thorough, friendly, and helpful every step of the way. Although he found some possible issues, such as with the capacitor, I asked him to do a check of the system only. He was polite, helpful, and thorough.

But beware, this company is very expensive if you require some kind of repair or replacement. I was quoted $455 for a new capacitor. Since I am a DIY'er, I did some checking, and found a new capacitor at Amazon for $11, watched a youtube video, and will be easily able to replace it myself. I was also quoted very high prices for other parts and services. Be aware.

I found ARS/Rescue Rooter technician Kevin Kubacki to be friendly, honest and diligent in his analysis. He was professional and clearly had a lot of knowledge of what he was doing. He did a great job of explaining how to prevent future problems and went above and beyond checking our newly installed system, informing us of why and WHAT steps will be needed to resolve and repair the problem. I was most impressed with his integrity, professionalism, and explicit write-up detailing the outstanding issue(s).
