ARS/Rescue Rooter Heating & Air Conditioning Service

Our technician, Sokol, performed a maintenance check on our air conditioning unit. It was a check of the system, only. He was thorough, friendly, and helpful every step of the way. Although he found some possible issues, such as with the capacitor, I asked him to do a check of the system only. He was polite, helpful, and thorough.

But beware, this company is very expensive if you require some kind of repair or replacement. I was quoted $455 for a new capacitor. Since I am a DIY'er, I did some checking, and found a new capacitor at Amazon for $11, watched a youtube video, and will be easily able to replace it myself. I was also quoted very high prices for other parts and services. Be aware.

I had Travis Grippe here to help us with a new AC unit.This gentleman was so nice to talk with and so patient. I will recommended him to anyone who who is looking for good services

Patric and Eric , two excelente AC professionals, very capable on doing an extraordinary job. Courteous, honest, meticulous on their performance, it will be nice if they be the people assign for maintenance of the AC.

My AC quit working, I called ARS and they responded quickly and had a service tech out there very fast. But they just want to sell you a new ac instead of maintain what you have.

I found ARS/Rescue Rooter technician Kevin Kubacki to be friendly, honest and diligent in his analysis. He was professional and clearly had a lot of knowledge of what he was doing. He did a great job of explaining how to prevent future problems and went above and beyond checking our newly installed system, informing us of why and WHAT steps will be needed to resolve and repair the problem. I was most impressed with his integrity, professionalism, and explicit write-up detailing the outstanding issue(s).

He was So Professional in every Aspect of the Word!
As he Serviced my Unit he also was teaching me everything that I need to be doing as a Homeowner to get Maximum Life out of my System.
I was so impressed with him that I renewed my Service Agreement with ARS and Asked that going forward he be assigned to Service my Home.
I do want to mention that I have been Impressed, Happy, and been made to feel Comfortable with "EVERY" ARS Employee In "EVERY"
