ARS/Rescue Rooter Heating & Air Conditioning Service

Eksimiljan “X” was a pleasure to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable about the HVAC system, and the improper installation and issues that caused the problem. He was very courteous and with his ability to diagnose and explain proper system installation.

I would caution anyone thinking about Ars. I have used them for years, but their prices for routine service has gotten very high. All they do is try snd up sale you. I’m looking elsewhere for my A/C services.

Technicians Naresh & John were very professional and did an excellent job. Cleaned up everything and explain what they did, and how to use our new system and Nest thermostat. Very pleased with ARS service, equipment and technicians.

My service tech Tristan was great! Listened, very thorough in checking out system for issue and did a great job fixing it up.

The guys from ARS came down and installed my new unit in a flash , They explained everything and even rescued and fixed my burried Ac water drain from my previous unit that was broken and I was unaware , I got a free UV light with my installation and financing was a breeze with a great rate. I recommend them for sure.

Travis Grippe was our consultant and came out to the house and gave his honest opinion on what we needed. He helped us quickly and efficiently. The installation team was headed up by James Avilla. They were clean and courteous and got the job done right. Would definitely refer them to anyone I know

Had no choice but to use them. No AC. Told one thing by customer service, told another by the tech. Looked up their reviews on the Better Business Bureau and was not surprised. Bad review after bad review. Cost to clear my drain line almost $400. Techs have no say in this, all ARS. Do NOT use their services!!!

Talked to home depot Tuesday, installation rep was out Wednesday and new AC installed Thursday! Couldn’t be happier! Great customer service
