Our AC was not working and while the two technicians were personable they tried to sell us a new AC unit, when in fact we did NOT need one. They stated it was either a new AC unit for a large dollar amount 10-12K ??? we would need a quote from them or repairs in the area of 3500k. We had another company come today and the unit was working fine it just needed a new wire. I was outraged and if I did not know better to get someone else to look they would have decietfully talked me into paying for a service I did not need. The work I had done today only cost me $275. Shame on this company and the men they have servicing the area. My house is cool and AC working no thanks to them. "second opinion" "second opinion" second opinion" did I mention "second opinion"

Please note this review is being written in June of 2023. Working with ARS has been a great experience all around for almost two years now. Installation of the new unit in 2021 was great overall. The installation was smooth, but the unit died less than 24 hours later. They had a tech out within the hour. The unit died again 2 hours later and I called at 2 AM because the house was like an oven. Tech was here before 3 AM and had us up and running. If I recall correctly, he determined that it was a faulty thermostat they originally installed. It was replaced and had no problems for about a year. The unit shut down, they were out within 2 hours and found a dead frog in the drainage line. They cleared it for no charge and we were up and running. Not long after, the unit started whistling very loudly. Again, out in about an hour and he found a seal that came loose. No charge repair. I just had a maintenance done today 6/21/23 and the tech was amazing. Super knowledgeable and just a really nice guy. Every tech I’ve had from ARS has been absolutely phenomenal. As a real estate broker, I recommend them to all of my clients because I’ve been impressed. I used another company years ago that I thought was great, but the owner retired. I had high expectations for ARS and they blew my mind! They are truly exceptional when it comes to experience, problem solving, courtesy, and pricing. If they keep these service standards, I will never use anyone else. Great job, ARS!

My tech Chamse was very professional, courteous and prompt. He explained all my options in detail. I got the call for services and within 2hrs my tech arrived. I would highly recommend this company for your hvac needs, even if it's just a diagnostic. The price was very reasonable. I elected to become a member for future services. At no time did I feel pressured to get or purchase any services beyond the diagnostic service.

Bait and switch. Do not trust or believe the sales representatives that come to your house. They are more interested in pushing the UV filter on you than standing behind their word.

Did not honor pricing, unresponsive to requests, and I’m still waiting on management to follow-up with me. There are other reputable companies in the area that deserve your business.

Back 2019 we purchased a new 4 ton unit for the house, that unit had trouble cooling our house, so manager recommended a 5 ton due to the square footage of our house, since is being nothing but problems with this carrier unit, we’ve spent over $5,000 in repairs since the initial install, come to find out later with Del-air, that they left the 4 ton compressor and left the same air duct system which has caused an unbalanced situation thru out the years, and loosened up my insulation which is now coming out of my vents throughout the house. I’m currently dealing with ARS hoping they make repairs and proper adjustments to the system so it can run normally.

My AC was not working had 2 people looked at it and was advised it’s too old from 2005. Then it started leaking . I went on Facebook which I never trust doing Business. But ARS Came up I put my info within minutes I get a call . Someone will come. The temperature in my home was hotter than outside. That same day a gentleman by the name of Travis came to my house that same Day, I was amaze for that quick response. Anyway he went over everything with me professionally and honest that what I liked about it the honesty. So I was approved for a new System and I was advised they will come the next day which is today July 26. So I received a call from the technician . Mr Alfredo that he will arrive at 9:30am and he was prompt. He came with mr Medina explain what they were going to do. I tell you when they took out my system apart I was shocked My AC system was dead and it could made me and my Family Sick. Anyway Mr Alfredo and Mr Medina. Did a phenomenal awesome Job very Professional clean and kind and honest with everything I will Recommend ARS to anyone who needs a honest and a reliable company.. Thank You for Saving me and my family. Now my home is cool and safe to breathe.

Cecil, the ARS technician is by far the best AC Technician I have ever met.

He is a true professional. He took the time to explain what he was doing, and why, he also answered all the questions I had for him about my system.

Cecil did mention to me about a hard start kit, and a pro plan for annual services, I wish I could afford What he identified however, just don’t have the funds at this time

Installers arrived on time. Work done professionally and by code. Installers stayed after installation to check to make sure my wife and I were satisfied and that the unit was working as promised. Everything was picked up and debree removed. Installer made sure I knew how to work new thermostat before leaving.
My salesman even stopped by to check on work. Service after the sale. A rarity these days

Even though I was quite clear in asking up front, "Do you work on individual room units?" and I was told, "Yes", this company does not. They are the fifth company I have contacted. The first three said they do not service this type of unit; the last two said they DID work on this type, but when service people arrived, I learned they do not.

The two service reps were very apologetic, kind, and courteous.
