ARS/Rescue Rooter Heating & Air Conditioning Service

We needed to replace our central air system and are very happy we went with ARS. From the recommendation from Jack at Home Depot to the quote we received from sales person Andreas (who helped us keep within our budget) to the excellent workmanship from Patrick and Eric. We got a job well done. We got a quote on Saturday and the job was done on Monday. The whole ordeal exceeded our expectations.

Be extremely careful with this business they new my daughter was desperate and charged her 20,000 dollars for an central ac install. They knew she was desperate. The salesman did her a favor and got her a so called beautiful 8.9 % intrest rate. Do not trust these people and make him give you the price of the unit BEFORE. He goes through his song and dance.the best I could figure at the extreme high end the material cost 8,000. So they charged her 12,000 fir there labor and profit. Not including there cut of the interest rate. Be very careful and don't be afraid to throw them out.

Travis Grippe was the gentleman that came and talked to me about there ac/heat units. He spent 3 hours explaining everything to me about the units. And he showed me all the Guarantees that went with the unit I was getting. He was so kind and caring explaining everything to me. He wanted to make sure that I understood what I was getting as far as the unit was concerned. And he was a totally an angel talking and helping me feel comfortable about my decision on the products and the company.

The two Installers that came was excellent there names are Frank and Russell. They made sure that I knew exactly what they were doing. They made sure I was comfortable with what they were doing. They answered all my questions that I asked them. When frank asked to come in my house to shut off the power and to turn it back on he was so respectful. He put the thermostat in my house for me. And he showed me how it worked and asked me if I had any questions. He wanted to make sure that I knew how it worked before he even left my house.
Russell, the other installer was very friendly. Very respectful. He worked alongside of Frank with putting the new unit in. He was back and forth to the truck getting parts and getting things out that they needed. And when they were done he came to make sure I was happy with their work. I feel like I was totally blessed with having Travis and Frank and Russell come and take care of my AC and heat unit. What a blessing they are. I would recommend them to anybody and everybody because they worked hard and was very kind. So I like the company very much. They're very trustworthy company.

They called to confirm the appointment, they called to say they were on their way. And they were on time. Josh gave me for different systems or plans to choose from and described them each in detail. Great financing options available. They installed the next day. I am very happy.

Purchased a replacement carrier A/C conditioner! Had an excellent experience. Technicians were on it: Brandon Rivera and Lorenzo, they did an excellent job and stayed late on Friday to ensure even the P trap was dripping appropriately! Great company!!

My A/C broke, I was lucky to find this company. Among 3 quotes its price was within our budget. They replaced my Unit 2 days after I contacted them. The workers were kind and respectful. They went over the work with me before and after done. They left everything neat and clean. I recommend this company.

They replaced my entire HVAC system. Everyone who came out to my home from this company were very professional and courteous. The installers worked diligently from the time they arrived until everything was finished and cleaned up. I am a very pleased customer.

ARS is essentially a company that is running a scheme. They come out to your house - tell you your system is bad. They then offer you a price to replace it at an insane markup. They use high pressure sales tactics.

They told me it would cost $5,300 to repair my system and $12,000 to replace.

Another company fixed my system for about $500 the same day. It’s been working great. They quoted me a price of $6,900 to replace the system.

My recommendation would be to use any other company. This company doesn’t stand for there work and has some very shady business tactics.

Installed without proper clearance top and sides, work was done 5/20 and still incomplete, they left a mess, the photos tell it all.

The technician that came out absolutely gets 5 Stars. However the company I won’t use again due to poor communication that lead to a 24 hour delay.

The dispatch team gave us the run around multiple times saying our phone was disconnected and they sent the technician somewhere else. We confirmed they had the correct numbers and both numbers given to them were in service. We missed our first appt time so we were sent to an “after hours” tech. Again we waited and after the expected time again they said they called us which we confirmed no call’s received. They then said they would send someone out in the morning.
I didn’t receive any calls so I again called the company explaining we are home and need someone out. Dispatch finally called back 30 mins later and explained the tech would be there in an hour.

Cecil our technician was amazing! He did an awesome job and was friendly and professional. However the dispatch department needs a complete revamp.
