No communication. Air conditioner went out and called. They had someone out the following Tuesday. He was nice. The technicians are the best part of this business. Our home is only 2 years old and we are the 3rd owner. A fan on the air handler went out (so I thought) I set up the appointment and my husband was the one home for the technicians. Supposedly they were going to call in the warranty and get the part. We were told 2-3 days for the part to come in. On the following Friday I texted the technician several times to find out if the part came in, he did finally respond and told me it should be in first thing Monday morning. By the following Weds, I still had not heard anything nor was my air conditioning working... Finally someone called and told me the part was supposed to be in Thursday morning and they would be out to fix. Then I was informed the cost was $800. This was not communicated although I knew there would be a cost. This seemed high, and somehow this was also the price of the fan that was under warranty. They wanted 1/2 down on Weds... Yet again no communication prior about needing half down, and now at this point we were almost 2 weeks without air conditioning. It is done now, but I will not be using them again. I do not feel they are a reputable or transparent company and I feel somewhat scammed.
John came to the house on time. He did his assessment of the problem with my AC and called me with his repair recommendation and cost in a very professional manner. Amber at the office was very good to work with. She found me and opening in their schedule the morning of the call for that day and took care of all the billing in a very prompt manner.
Used this company for years. Scheduled a tuneup that used to be $79. Had them come by last week for 6 month tuneup and got a bill for over $500. He was here for 45 minutes and added 2 gallons of Freon. 45 minutes and 2 gallons of Freon over $500?
Aurelia was at our door at the promised time. He examined both the inside and outside units and reported to me. We will agree to protect the capacitor of the outside unit by following his recommendation. Office people have been efficient and friendly. Thank you. T. Dean .
The technician was 18 and very polite and informative. I felt confident that he knew what he was doing and very friendly. I feel maintenance is preventative to future repairs & it’s good to know my system is working well!
Our A/c unit was not working on a Sunday. We called and got an immediate response from a very nice and competent phone worker. Our technician Aurelius was out to our home within 45 minutes. He was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful with not only resolving our problem, but giving us preventative tips. We could not be happier with the service we received today.
Aurelius came to my house within hours of me calling. My system was not cooling. It turned out an FPL worker had turned off my circuit breaker and didn't turn it back on. Aurelius had us up and running in less than 10 minutes! He also performed a maintenance check. He was very knowledgeable, and gave us valuable tips. That is why I went ahead and signed up for yearly maintenance with AA Temperature.
