It was just an estimate for a new unit but it was quick and painless. The technician was polite and seemed knowledgeable, answering all my questions. The whole process from setting up the appointment was very professional from confirmation texts of the time/date to the notifications that he was on his way, as well as the prompt email follow ups etc.....
Seems like a very efficient and well run organization from what I can tell so far. Will seriously consider using them if their pricing is in line with other companies as I gather quotes - because that kind of service and treatment is rare around here and will most likely separate them apart and to the top of the list when it comes time to make my decision. Thank you.
