Compressor started to malfunction on Sunday afternoon. Went on their website to get their phone number, expecting to call them Monday morning. They have a chat function on their website that offered to help. I received an immediate call back from a scheduler who set up an appointment for first thing Monday morning. Technician came out, diagnosed the issue. Got a phone call an hour later saying they were returning between noon to two to fix. Came out as promised, system working properly once again. Fantastic response and friendly technicians. Happy to pass this report onto others. Thanks AA.

My renter was there during the alloted time and no one ever knocked on the door, as far as he knows no one ever showed up. My renter stayed the entire time period.

This is a company that is very professional and I would recommend them and was happy with what they were able to fix without trying to sell me something that I didn’t need. They gave me an honest evaluation and repair.

I have use this company for seven years since moving to southwest Florida. They offer annual maintenance at a reasonable price and are straightforward with recommendations for recharging the AC system and evaluating parts that might need replacement. Phoned and then arrived as scheduled. Explained scope of work to be performed and gave information relative to ongoing maintenance of central air system.

The technician did the 6-month a/c system maintenance. He was very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain to me everything the system needed, and everything he did; he explained everything that was in good condition and everything that was in need of repair; and what I needed to watch for going forward. He was very efficient, courteous, and professional.

AA Temp is an absolute please to work with. They show up when they say they will and don’t leave until their work is completed correctly. The tech that we have worked with is John. He is terrific.

This company was doing a biannual inspection on our AC unit. This week the drain clogged and caused the unit to turn off. They came out to check the unit and unclogged the drain. The same guy that did our maintenance also removed clog. There should be no clog if he did a legitimate inspection.
He then charged me over $400 for his 15 minute job. Total rip-off. Buyer beware.
