Wow! Very prompt and professional. They had a real person answering the phone and was able to schedule a technician out the next day. I had another company that I use to use who never responded to my calls (3) or email. I am glad. I now have a new company that is much better. Highly recommend them...I am so glad this family business is around.

Aurelius was the tech that came to my house. He is a very nice and polite young man. He answered all of my questions and send to be very knowledgeable. I will definitely use this company again.

Update one year later…Had to replace our AC unit . Quick. Service and good price ! . 2022- We walked into our newly purchased home in Florida and the AC was not working . Called AA and they came out within hours and replaced the capacitor . Great service !! Jarad did a great job , very knowledgeable .

i felt it was a grossly over priced service $514.08 the tec was here 5 mins replaced a compassionater (spelling could be wrong ) i called another company today was told they would come out and fix it for a total of $200.00 . just to big a price difference to not feel cheated . i called AA to let them know and got a lot of excuses but no satisfaction

They came at 8 pm at night explained what the issue was which was a quick fix! Was super nice and pleasant explained what we should be looking for down the road with our AC! Love the company, we had just bought the house and just moved in and he made us feel so comfortable and we felt like we could trust him and the company!! Thank you so much!!!

Our technician (Amer) was punctual, friendly and experienced. He explained everything he was doing and performed the work well. It was a fantastic experience. A++. Thank you

John did a good job. He's very knowledgeable explaining what needed to be done today and in the future to keep my unit running well. He answered all my questions thoroughly, too. He was running late but breezed through the maintenance and sanitization. I enrolled in monthly service which will end up being cheaper in the long run because it includes monthly cleaning plus the (2) annual services (regularly $170) for $12/month. And they call 2 weeks in advance to schedule an appt. AA Temperature Services installed the unit and did the maintenance for 15 years. Then, they changed ownership and it was downhill from there. They said I needed a UV light ($450+) to control mold growth. I didn't know it emitted ozone until that night when I got a horrible headache. I asked to have it removed the next day, which they did. And they refunded $95 and left the UV light with me (to resell?), coz they can't reuse it. I talked to someone there who was not going about to help. I searched for a new a/c svc co and tried a few when AA called with this $69 special. I told them everything and Mike said they've worked out the kinks and I decided to try them again. John worked for the original owners. I'm pleased with today's maintenance and we'll see how things go in the future.

They had to come clean up One Hour Air’s mess and they did an amazing job. I highly recommend using their service

Aurelius superbly handled a situation left by a previous tech. He is very knowledgeable on HVAC and took the time to explain some preventative thinks I can do between service calls to keep thinks running smoothly. Excellent asset to the company!
