Service Tech Aurelius was professional and very knowledgeable. We feel very comfortable moving forward with AA Temperature Services for our complete system replacement. Jessica in Customer Service also did an excellent job.
I would love to give a good review because the technician was great. However, the Company charge for a capacitor was extremely overpriced and they were unwilling to work on honoring the warranty. My unit is a 2019 and is covered under Warranty which I have been working on with Tim the office manager and Amber since the repair on 8/8/2022. They both told me that since I am not the original owner they were having a hard time getting RUUD to cover it. I called RUUD and they told me that the warranty is non-transferrable for the full 10 years however the new owner would still get 5 years which my unit would still qualify for. Unfortunately, when I tried calling Tim this morning to relay that information to him, Jessica answered the phone and told me that both Tim and Amber were busy and asked how she could help me. When I explained the reason for my call, my interaction was less than pleasant. She began by asking me to send an email with the information I had and before giving me the email address she asked if I had a service plan with them and whether the unit had been routinely serviced. When I explained that I had just purchased the home and did not know its service history, she now gave me the excuse that the Warranty would not be honored because they needed to provide a service history of the unit which is something that neither Tim nor Amber ever mentioned. The repair to my unit was the replacement of a Capacitor for which I was charged $326.74 plus a $165 after hour service charge for a total of $491.74. While I understand charges for after hours, the charge for the capacitor was extremely more than any other company would have charged me. I will never use them again and would not recommend anyone use them.
Service experience was excellent. Michael was polite, listened to me. He was very thorough. He identified the problem and fixed it. He is an excellent role model for all of your technician.
AA Temp is professional, kind, honest, thorough. I could not recommend them more highly. With all the fraudulent A.C companies in Florida, it feels so good to have a company service my A.C. that is reputable. They are family owned, nice people. I enjoy doing business with them.
Came out to diagnose, couldn’t troubleshoot the problem, suggested maybe full replacement $8-9k…my whole system is 4 years old. Never followed back up. A competitor TS the issue, ordered part. Saved me 6k.
4 minute walk through from tech telling me I need to replace my permanent filter. No inspection of air handler or drain system. Only tools visible was a portable nut driver and IR temperatureG guage, no ladder or other tools to do any kind of testing or inspection. NEVER SEND THAT TECH AGAIN! That inspection was worth exactly what I paid today. Nothing! Gary Cox
Had a new central unit installed and the tech Andrew handled everything from coordinating the install to running financing and ensuring adjustment were made based off the inspectors review. Andrew has been great this whole time and handled any questions or concerns we've had fast and professionally. All in all as contractors go we've had a great experience with this company
