Technician, John, arrived about an hour or so after placing call for repair. Even though it was quickly approaching after hours when we called, making us his last call for the day, John took on our job as though ours was his first job of the day. He was professional, knowledgeable and personable. He repaired our air conditioner, took time to explain the problem and answered our questions. We are very happy with this technician and company and definitely recommend them.

A 5 Star employee and company! Technician was/is respectful, diligent, gave attention to detail. Answered all questions I had about condition of my HVAC total system and reviewed preventative maintenance. AA Temperature is diligent and thorough with customer satisfaction as a priority. Again, 5 Star!!!

This visit they forgot to attach all the panels on the outside cover. They dispatched John who came the next business day. So they quickly remedy their errors but there should not be many errors.

We just returned home from being out of town on Sunday afternoon and noticed our AC wasn't cooling. We called AA Temperature and the answering service personnel assured us someone would be out within 2 hours. John, the tech arrived just after an hour of putting in the call. He was extremely pleasant and fast with getting our AC working again. Thank you so much for you professionalism.

I they came out after hours the same day I called. They found and repaired the problem immediately and at a very fair price. I would recommend John for any repairs.

In Aug 2015 AA temp installed a Lennox Signature unit, air handler and all duct work. They were great. Maintenance visits were also perfect. They were a wonderful 5 star company.

In June 2019 they were out to correct an issue on my neighbor's unit, then do my maintenance. Two hours late and tech didn't even know what he was supposed to do. His main focus was to try and sell me a $400 light to kill mold.

A few weeks ago my unit stopped running, still under the factory warranty. A total of six appointments, each was normally 3-4 hrs late. Two were for a 1-3 PM window, yet ended up being cancelled at 7 PM. On the first visit we had to point out to Jorge that the unit still wasn't running as he was about to leave. So three appointments, $400 for a capacitor and the unit still wasn't running.

After many phone calls, Jake was scheduled. We cancelled (rescheduled) his first 4 PM appointment at 7 PM. Jake was still on site at another job. After two more missed appointments Jake installed a $850 pressure regulating valve. Unit ran for less than a week.

Called Boyd Brothers, who I had used for many years. They were there the next morning, promptly on time. They informed me that the coil was leaking. AA Temp did not do a proper leak test. The valve that Jake replaced was not the issue. They also provided me with video of the leak.

Dealing with AA Temp was the worst experience I have ever had. They never returned phone calls. The only direct contact with the company is through a "dispatcher" who is working for numerous companies at the same time. I asked repeatedly to speak with Joe, the owner but the dispatcher always said "Joe wasn't available". I later discovered that AA temp was purchased by a large group in early 2019. Would be nice if the customers were informed of this.

My AC has been down for over three weeks and I wasted $1,350 dealing with idiots or crooks. Haven't figured that out yet.

Watch out for these clowns!!!!!! They use multiple companies, destroyed our unit and sent inexperienced young people tobour house and basically lied and had damaged a 5 yr old unit in punta gorda. They go by the name AA also and all of their 5 star reviews were done by people that ONLY reviewed them!?! What a shady bunch of SOB's

In response they were out 7 times and even after they lied about a clog line, they tried to sell my wife a new unit.. . They are out of chicago and asked for their local license number. No answer stay as far away. More updates to come

Yesterday, 11/30/2022, Aurelius Zarris performed our 6 month AC maintenance visit us and did it very quickly and effectively. He is very knowledgeable, pleasant and professional workers . AA Temperature Services is very fortunate to have dedicated employees like this man . He is supported by the Office Manager Tim who also is a great asset to AAT and who very effectvely helped a customer that knows very little about the HVAC business . A very satisfied customer of 12+ years !
