Technician, Aurelius, was very personable and professional.

Rob from G&R was at my place late yesterday afternoon and was able to quickly diagnose the problem and get my furnace running again. He helped with changing out the thermostat battery that I supplied, too.
He did a great job for me, plus pointed out several other items that may need repair in the near future.

My initial experience with this company was very positive. Unfortunately the problem was not resolved. The technician came out a second time and said the filter I had installed was too thick, causing ice build up on the coils. I let the coils thaw, did not use any filter and the dripping continued for another week. I let their customer service people know and NEVER received a response. I called in another company and after they left the problem was resolved. Not surprising the problem was a clogged drain.
It's been a week since the new service company was out and I do not have any issue. I will NEVER use this company again.

John arrived on time and was polite, professional and very Knowledgeable. Service was excellent and he made some suggestions that would help me to keep my A/C running in perfect condition.
I will highly recommend John and AA Temperature Svcs to anyone.

We were concerned when our heater stopped working. I called on a Saturday afternoon and within a couple hours Sam arrived and shortly after he figured out the problem and had it fixed. Our house was warm! This was so important because my Husband and I work full time and wouldn’t be able to schedule an appointment during the week. Thanks so much!

John Demartino was here today for our regular maintenance. He was prompt, efficient, and overall did a great job.We needed a part for our A/C and he installed it. He did not rush and did a thorough job. We are pleased with AA Temp services!

Andy and Dee were very responsive in taking care of my inoperative AC. They did an excellent job in communications and responding very quickly to my condo for the repair. John Demarion did an outstanding job at maintaining our A/C. AA Temperature Services is an excellent company and represents well. He checked thing in the A/C that most other techs don’t. It was a thorough service by an experienced tech. We are pleased and chose their bi-annual service of our A/C. The response time from my inquiry to Home Advisor was immediate and indicated to me that they wanted the work. I certainly will recommend them to all my friends and family do a great A/C company.
p.s.. that cross tattoo on Johns leg was noticed and probably helped us to trust him. Great company and worthy employees!
