Service First Heating & Air Conditioning

I never right reviews, but Service First is deserving of just that. I had to purchase a new AC system and Dave, the owner, provided me an estimate himself. After receiving several estimates, I decided on Service First. They made the purchase easy, and Lisa and Brandy in the office answered all of my questions. The install was seemless, the installers were efficient and professional and the follow up has been amazing. I highly recommend Service First and couldn't be happier with my new system. Thank you Dave and Lisa and Brandy, (sorry I can't remember the installers names - but Thank you to them as well)! I haven't had the greatest luck with AC companies, and Service First has changed my mind completely. Reputable, Honest and Fair.

The first day we called, late afternoon, a technician arrived within 30 minutes. They had to get parts from the other side of the state in order to make the repairs to our old Reem unit. The parts were expected to arrive on a Friday (3 days after our initial call to them, ) but they were able to expedite, and the parts arrived on Thursday, a day early.
They arrived within their 2 hour window for the parts installation on Friday, and we're back in business!

From our first contact with the sales dept to our final contact with the installation team, our experience was “over the top” excellent. Kudos to the management team for resolving our timing issue. They created another loyal customer here.

We received an estimate from another company that said we needed a new CORE for our pool heater for over $1200. We contacted Service First for a second opinion and second estimate. They found the problem with our unit ( a leaking copper line) and soldered the hole in our cooling line, tested the system under pressure, and then added coolant. The system is now up and operational for less than $500.

The best home service call I've ever had. Needed help with a Thermostat install. Dave was incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. What ever my future HVAC needs are I can now call the best in the area with total confidence. Thanks!

Pool heater was not working turned out the previous pool vendor knocked the cable out of connection. Easy fix. Nice to know some companies are honest. We definitely will use them again.

UPDATED REVIEW- I been working with this company for some years now, (4 years ago I did the first review) and I still give them 5 stars, they are professional and easy to work with.
